燃煤电厂电除尘技术评估系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 我国燃煤发电锅炉90%以上采用电除尘器,2004年起实施《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223-2003),规定新建电厂烟尘允许排放浓度不超过50mg/Nm~3,对电除尘器设计、制造、运行管理和设备性能方面提出更高的要求。据统计,目前电厂现役电除尘器还有30%左右因选型问题达不到设计效率要求。 本文借鉴在烟气脱硫领域应用较为成熟的技术评估方法,提出了一种适用于电除尘技术的评估方法;通过集成燃煤电厂电除尘器理论、设计、制造、安装和运行等行业专家的经验知识,在深入调研电除尘技术现状的基础上,建立了电除尘技术评价指标体系和评估系统;利用可视化编程工具Visual Basic(VB)结合SQL Server数据库开发了评估系统软件。评估系统软件能够实现电除尘技术方案的综合评判,给出具体工况和一定除尘效率下的比集尘面积预测和有效驱进速度计算。作为电除尘器数字化设计平台,评估系统软件具有界面友好、操作方便和自学习等特性,可通过设计成功案例的试用不断完善,提高评判可靠性。通过对国内电厂6个设计选型实例的应用,验证了本系统运行结果与实际基本吻合,但是还存在一些不确定因素,有待进一步的研究完善。

【Abstract】 Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants(GB 13223-2003) compulsory executed in 2004 defined that, the outlet emission standard cannot exceeding to 50 mg/Nm~3.Above 90% electrostatic precipitators (ESP’s) served in the coal-fired plant of our country, who are asked to improve the technology of designing, production, assemblage, operation, and equipment performance.At present, about 30% ESP’s cannot meet the design efficiency for the problem of lectotype.Draw lessons from technical assessment method of flue gas desulfurization process, the paper employ the technical assessment of ESP’s.By integrating the expert’s experience and knowledge of designing, production, assemblage, and operation, the paper built up the technical assessment indicatrix body system and assessment system on the base of the ESP’s technical investigation. Besides that, the paper exploit an application software for ESP technical assessment system using Visual Basic (VB) and SQL Server, accomplished some critical parameter’s preview and combination property calculation step by step. The system, who has practice application value significantly, can improve itself by cut-and-try procedure of successful programmes for its user friendly, convenience, and self-learning, support an technical platform for digital design. Through 6 examples test, the results of software performance can approach to practice, however, there are some nondeterministic reasons need the system to improve.
