【摘要】 在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的背景下,区域旅游合作是重要的发展趋势之一,成为全球性的旅游热点问题,是未来影响世界各国旅游业的发展方向和竞争力的重点领域。2005年中国区域旅游合作出现了新的高潮,合作地域进一步扩大,合作主体更加积极,合作的内容更加全面。 2004年9月,湖北、湖南、安徽、江西、河南5省签订了“赤壁宣言”旅游合作协议,宣布携手合作,共同打造中部旅游经济共同体,拉开了中部六省旅游合作的帷幕。2006年3月,参加中部六省旅游协作年会的安徽、河南、湖北、湖南、江西、山西六省旅游局官员签署了“中部旅游合作框架协议”,标志着中部六省区域旅游合作进入实质性阶段。 本文根据上述背景,在系统总结原有区域旅游合作理论的基础上,运用经济学、地理学、管理学的基本原理,探讨了区域旅游合作的内在动力机制;分析了区域旅游合作的演进过程和区域旅游联合体的形成;探讨了区域旅游合作的协调保障机制;并且总结出区域旅游合作的外在表现形式即区域旅游合作模式;以中部六省作为实证研究对象,在分析中部六省区域旅游合作的现状背景下,对中部六省的旅游资源进行了全面梳理,分析了中部六省的合作现状、动力机制、合作条件和合作潜力,总结出中部六省区域旅游合作模式,并且提出了中部六省旅游合作开发战略。 本文的创新点在于界定了区域旅游、区域旅游合作、区域旅游联合体的概念,揭示了区域旅游合作的动力机制,从而系统的探讨了区域旅游合作模式和相关协调机制,进而将区域旅游合作的理论运用于中部六省区域旅游合作的实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, regional tourism cooperation have become one of big trends and a hot tourism problem in the world. It also become an important area that can be affected tourism develop orientation and competitiveness of every country in the world .In 2005, regional tourism cooperation have become a new climax in China, the cooperation’s sphere becomes wider, cooperation is more active and the contents are all-including.On December of 2004, the five provinces of central China, including Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan , have signed a tourism cooperation agreement of "Chibi declaration", which declared that they will be cooperated to be constructed the central tourism integration, it symbolized the beginning of the six central provinces tourism cooperation. On March of 2006, the six central provinces, including Hubei, Hunan, Ahui, Jiangxi, Henan and Shanxi, assigned "the central China tourism cooperation frame agreement", it symbolized the cooperation of the six central provinces becoming into a actual period.This study, according to the above backgrounds, probes into the basic theoretical mechanism of regional tourism cooperation with the theories of economy, geography and management. It also analyses the motivation forces mechanism, develop period, regional tourism integration, cooperation modes, the coordination and protection mechanism of the tourism cooperation. The study is also taking the six central provinces as an example, analyses it in such aspects: the cases, tourism resources, motivation forces mechanism, conditions, potentiality and modes.The creation of the paper lies in redefinition these notions such as regional tourism, regional tourism cooperation, regional tourism cooperation integration, it also probes into the motivation forces mechanism, cooperation modes and the coordination and protection mechanism of the tourism cooperation, then it takes regional tourism cooperation theories into the six central provinces tourism cooperation practices.更多还原
