【摘要】 国际艺术体操评分规则是艺术体操发展的指导性文件,它不仅是裁判员评分的依据和尺度,也是运动员编排成套动作的依据,在评分类项目中起着导向作用。2005年新规则的颁布,必将引起国际艺术体操发展方向的改变,这种改变势必对中外艺术体操的发展带来较大的影响。 本研究以2005年欧锦赛和中国十运会决赛的艺术体操运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、录像分析法、访问调查法、统计分析法、比较法等研究方法,依据新规则精神,洞察国际艺术体操的发展趋势,并对中外运动员间技术价值、艺术价值和完成情况等做了详细的分析研究。 研究结果表明,中外运动员在难度数量、难度价值的分配、难度过程中结合的器械动作、艺术价值的特殊艺术加分情况以及完成情况等方面都存在较大的差距。针对此差距,我国艺术体操个人项目应采取以下对策:(1)加强选材的科学性是艺术体操后备力量来源的有力保证;(2)良好扎实的基础训练是艺术体操运动员取得优异成绩的坚实基础和保障;(3)器械技术与身体动作同步训练;(4)体能训练是我国艺术体操运动员必须面对的现实;(5)要培养艺术体操运动员艺术素养;(6)要提高运动员创新能力:(7)提高我国科学训练水平和条件。 本研究为探寻2005版规则颁布后国际艺术体操的发展方向提供了一定的理论参考,使我们尽快了解新规则后我国艺术体操个人项目同国外艺术体操的差距和不足,指出新周期下我国艺术体操个人项目的发展思路和前进方向,为我国艺术体操个人项目的发展和训练提供理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The international grading rule of rhythmic gymnastics is guiding files of the development of rhythmic gymnastics, it is not only basis and standard to grade for the referees, but also the basis to design movements for the athletes, it has important role in commenting the grading project. The birth of the new rule of 2005 will cause the change of the international developing direction of rhythmic gymnastics, this change will bring great influence on the development of rhythmic gymnastics.The paper mainly studies the rhythmic gymnastics gymnasts of Europe Championships of 2005 and the Tenth Sports Games of China, by means of documents and materials, the investigation method of the questionnaire, video analytic method , visiting investigation method , statistics analytic approach , comparative law, etc. According to new regular spirit, insight international development trend of rhythmic gymnastics, and make detailed analysis and research to Chinese and foreign athlete in technological value, artistic value, completion value, etc.The result of study shows, Chinese and foreign athletes have large different in the quantity of body difficulty motion, distribution of the body difficulty motion, apparatus movement that combined body difficulty motion, special artistic characteristics adding points of artistic value and completion value, etc. Face this disparity, we should adopt the following measures in individual event of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics : (1) Strengthening the science of selecting talents is Strong guarantee that the source of the young artistic gymnast;(2) Good and sturdy basic training is solid foundation and guarantee that an artistic gymnast makes excellent achievements;(3) Apparatus technology are trained in step with body movement;(4) It is strengthened count for our artistic gymnast that physical efficiency training;(5) Train gymnast’s artistic accomplishment of art;(6) Improve athlete’s innovation ability;(7) Improve the level of our scientific training method and condition.This research has offered certain theory for exploring developing direction of international rhythmic gymnastics after 2005 rule, make us understand the disparity and deficiency between the rhythmic gymnastics individual event of our country and foreigncountry as soon as possible after new rule, point out thinking of development and direction of the individual event of rhythmic gymnastics of our country under new cycle, offer the theoretical foundation for development and training for our individual event of rhythmic gymnastics.更多还原
