卟啉掺杂MEH-PPV及PVK发光性能研究

【摘要】 本文合成了聚(2-甲氧基,5-(2-乙基-己氧基)-对苯乙炔)(MEH-PPV),研究了四对甲基苯基卟啉(TPP)掺杂MEH-PPV和聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)两个复合体系的光致发光和电致发光性能,并对发光机理做了初步探讨。 合成了MEH-PPV,得到的MEH-PPV具有较宽的紫外-可见吸收光谱,最大吸收波长为503nm;在400~500nm激发波长下激发MEH—PPV发光时,在592nm处有最大荧光发射强度。 TPP掺杂MEH~PPV的复合体系中,MEH-PPV的荧光光谱与TPP的紫外吸收重叠程度比较小,但在光致发光光谱中能观察到明显的从MEH-PPV到TPP的能量转移;MEH-PPV在掺杂体系中的光致猝灭浓度不同,分别为4%和8%;掺杂浓度为3%时,调节电压可实现从红→橙→黄→绿的多色显示;TPP掺杂浓度为8%时,为饱和的红光发射;随着掺杂体系中TPP掺杂浓度的增加,器件的发光性能下降。 在TPP掺杂PVK的复合体系中,并没有观察到两者明显的能量传递,但掺杂体系的电致发光为纯的红光发射。
【Abstract】 Poly[2-methoxy-5-(2’-ethylhexyloxy)-l,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) was synthesized in this paper. The photoluminescence(PL) and electroluminescence(EL) properties of 5,10,15,20-tetra-p-tolyl-21H, 23H-porphine (TPP) doped MEH-PPV and Poly vinylcarbazole(PVK) were studied and the tentative mechanism of both PL and EL were proposed.The synthesized polymer, MEH-PPV, had a UV-vis spectrum with a wide absorbed band at a peak wavelength of 503 nm. The peaks for the PL spectra at excition wavelength between 400 nm and 500 nm were 592 nm.Although the spectrum overlap between PL spectrum of MEH-PPV and UV-vis spectrum of TPP was small, the energy transfer could be observed clearly from MEH-PPV to TPP in this composite. The light quenching concentration of MEH-PPV in PL and EL was 4% and 8%, respectively. The OLED can emit red, orange, yellow and green as the voltage increasing when the dopant concentration is 3%. The OLED can only emit red when the dopant concentration is 8%. The EL properties of OLED were deteriorated as the dopant concentration increasing.When TPP was doped into PVK, no significant energy transfer was observed and pure red emission was gotten in EL.
