【摘要】 随着我国新疆维吾尔族木卡姆艺术、蒙古长调成功入选联合国教科文组织的第三批世界非物质文化遗产名录,国内对非物质文化遗产的研究逐渐增多。这些研究主要集中于非物质文化遗产的概念、保护等领域,很少涉及非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发的研究。因此本论文以非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发互动研究为论题,运用多学科交叉进行综合分析、对比和逻辑推理等方法开展互动研究,研究的重点有: (1)非物质文化遗产的旅游开发研究。非物质文化遗产是全世界的共同财富,可以作为一种特殊的旅游资源进行开发,促使其价值凸现。在旅游开发中必须根据非物质文化遗产的特点,选用合适的物质载体和空间载体,采用相应的开发模式和开发项目进行开发。 (2)非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发的互动研究。非物质文化遗产的旅游开发可以为非物质文化遗产的保护注入资金,实现其独特的价值魅力;非物质文化遗产文化内涵的进一步挖掘又促进旅游开发进一步开展,从而形成非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发的良性互动。论文运用互动原理,构架互动体系,从互动的动力因素、互动行为、互动层面和互动阶段性方面展开促进非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发良性互动的分析。并指出非物质文化遗产的传承发展是目的,旅游开发是手段,互动是渠道,双赢是目标,遗产保护和可持续发展是原则。论文以湖南虎形山的非物质文化遗产,如花瑶的挑花艺术、服饰、民俗风情为研究对象,进行非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发互动的实证研究。 本论文进行非物质文化遗产与旅游的互动研究,意义在于补充和发展非物质文化遗产的保护和旅游开发之间的边缘性研究理论和实践,以丰富旅游资源,并在一定程度上为指导该领域的开发提供科学发展观。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Art of Chinese Uygur Muqam and the Pastoral Song of the Mongolian Ethnic Group successfully being elected the third World Cultural Heritage of UNESCO, the research on Intangible cultural heritage in China has been increased. However, these researches put more emphasis on the conception and protection of intangible cultural heritage, than touch upon the connection between the protection and tourism planning of intangible cultural heritage. So, the author takes the interaction between the protection and tourism planning of intangible cultural heritage as thesis to do the research by applying the study methods such as literature synthesis, contrast analysis, logical analysis, etc. The main work of the paper including: (1)The research on the tourism planning of Intangible cultural heritage. Taken the Intangible cultural heritage as research object, the paper raises the point of view that, the tourism planning of Intangible cultural heritage is feasible, we must choose the right carrier, tourism pattern and item to do planning. The carrier includes the material and space carrier, Furthermore, we should have the standpoint that, the protection of Intangible cultural heritage is primary which is the tourism’ s principle.(2)The research on the interaction between the protection and tourism planning of intangible cultural heritage. Tourism planning adds the capital into the protection of Intangible cultural heritage, whereas Intangible cultural heritage promotes tourism’ s development. So, the interaction between them takes place. In order to explain the interaction, the paper does the research on interaction’ s principle, truss system, drive factor and phases analysis. Above all, it analyzes the status in China and gives the resolve measure from outside. In the end of paper, the author gives an example for the Intangible cultural heritage of Yao folk in HuXing Mountain, to illustrate the theory of the interaction between the protection and tourism planning of intangible cultural heritage. We should have the consentaneous opinion that protection first, tourism planning second, and through the channel of interaction, we canachieve the aim of double-wins, but all of these should be done one by one , and drive the interaction of Intangible cultural heritage and tourism toward the benign direction.The purport of the paper by researching on the interaction between the protection and tourism planning of intangible cultural heritage lies on that, it will enrich and develop the research on the protection and tourism planning of intangible cultural heritage, and offers the maneuverability and scientific standpoint of development in planning to the tourism explorer.更多还原
