【摘要】 步入21世纪之后,服装业获得了前所未有的发展,新时代与全球化进程加速着服装行业的发展,然而,在带来机遇的同时,时代也向我们提出了要求:如何在地理位置、交通运输欠佳的湖南发展好服装业成为一个业内人士普遍关心的问题。一味信赖政府拨款更新硬件在现阶段并不切实可行,新时代的商业竞争实际上是人才的竞争,我们应当关注培养优秀的服装业人才,从软件上下手。 改革开放以来,湖南服装高校为服装业输送了大量人才,使得湘派服装得以发展,然而时至今日,这种陈旧的教育模式却正阻碍着服装业的发展,服装高校教育中的种种问题在市场化与全球下的背景下逐渐暴露出来,包括:教育体制单一、教学方法落后,教师知识结构陈旧,培养出的学生不能适应企业与市场要求等。 近年来,这种人才供需的矛盾近年来愈加凸显:一方面,大批的服装专业毕业生涌向市场寻找就业岗位却发现自己所学的知识不能为市场所接受;另一方面,服装产业急需各类能够适应市场的人才却发现求而不得。 本文从这个矛盾出发,结合湖南本土特色,研究了外省成功范例与国外先进经验,对香港、江浙等省市及德、法、韩等服装大国的高等服装教育特色进行了探讨与初步分析,认为湖南高等服装教育改革势在必行,必须尽快完善服装教育体系,变单一为多层次;实行课程改制,构建合理的知识节构;形成新的人才培养模式,加强创新意识与实践能力的培养;改革教学方法与手段,走服装发展的国际化与现更多还原

【Abstract】 As we entered the 21st century, the clothing industry gained an unprecedented development. The New era and the progress of globalization accelerated its development. however, it also puts forward a request toward us :because of its poor geographical location and transportation, it is hard to develop its clothing industry? The competition of commercial in the New era is also the competition of talents, so we should focus on education .Since the beginning of reform and opening up, Hunan clothing industry had already supplied a large number of colleges and universities graduates for its industry, However, This mode of education became dated and can not meet the demands of the market, now it is hindering the development of industry. In the background of globalization and marketing economy, many problems appears gradually, including: education system is unitary, teaching method falls behind, teacher’s knowledge structure is old, the students can’t adapt to the enterprise and the market etc. In the recent years, the talent supply and demand contradictions seems to be more and more obvious. On one hand, Many graduates major in clothing find themselves not competent in their jobs. on the other hand, clothing industryfind it hard to employ students who can meet their requirements.Because of the exacerbation of this problem, we analyzed the successful examples of other provinces and the advanced experiences of foreign countries. By studying the feature of their education system and our situation at present, we get the conclusion that Hunan clothing education reform is imperative under the situation, we must reform the Curriculum and the education system, set up reasonable knowledge structure, strengthen the development of innovation consciousness and practice ability, reform teaching method and means, and walk the road of the internationalization and the modernization ofclothing development.更多还原
