机械传动设计专家系统的开发
The Development of Mechanical Transmission Design Expert System

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的广泛应用,机械产品的CAD技术也得到迅速发展,但当CAD技术涉及到方案决策、评价分析、重要参数选择等方面的内容时,往往需要人为地进行较多的干预。这样,设计人员的素质仍对设计结果起着决定性的作用。所以,如何利用现在CAD系统快捷的设计绘图功能,同时又使设计的产品具有专家水平,是机械工程界人士不断追求的目标。 机械传动设计专家系统(Mechanical Transmission Design Expert System,简称:MTDES)就是为在机械传动设计中实现这一目标,利用Visual Basic语言,Access数据库,Auto CAD进行联合开发的。该系统由传动方案的设计(Transmission SchemeDesign,简称:TSD)和零部件设计(Parts Design,简称:PD)两部分组成。本文介绍了机械传动设计专家系统的知识库的设计、推理机制和控制策略,并详细描述了传动方案的设计和零部件设计这两部分的构造机理和设计过程。该专家系统通过界面友好的人机交互实现从传动方案的总体设计,到各级传动的零部件设计,再到绘制零件图的整个过程设计,而且计算精确,设计方案较优,结构正确,符合各层次设计人员的技术要求。
【Abstract】 With, the widespread application of computer technology, the CAD technology for mechanical products also obtains the rapid development, But when involving to make scheme choice, appraisal, analysis and important parameter choice and so on, the CAD technology often needs human’s help. Thus, the quality of the person who designs the product still play a important role in the design result. Therefore, how to use the capability of CAD system to design and draw quickly, and at the same time make the design of the product get the expert level, is the goal which the machinery engineering is pursuing unceasingly.For achieving this goal in the mechanical drive design, we has developed Mechanical Transmission Design Expert System (for shot: MTDES) using Visual Basic, Access and Auto CAD. MTDES consists of two parts: Transmission Scheme Design (for shot: TSD)and Part Design (for shot: PD) .The principles of construction of the two parts are introduced, and the design of knowledge-database and the control of ratiocination are described in details. MTES can achieve the total design process which is from the design of transmission scheme, part design to generation of the part drawing. Moreover, MTDES can calculate precisely and design superior, Therefore, it conforms to design person in various levels specification.
