基于IEEE1451.2标准的温室数据采集系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 数据采集系统中,传感器技术是其中的核心。现代传感技术中,MEMS技术的应用和传感器的智能化是传感器技术的发展的2个主要方向。本文结合浙江省科技厅重点课题“基于嵌入式技术低成本适用性设施农业环境测控系统关键技术研究”,将基于IEEE1451.2标准的智能传感器首次应用到温室测控系统中,论文相关设计中实现了系统的软硬件设计开发,并经过初步调试表明效果良好。 论文在分析了国内生产性温室测控系统的实际应用情况后,针对温度、湿度、光照3个在生产性温室中最为常用的环境因子,以及温室测控的实际要求,选择了合适的传感器:温度传感器LM35,湿度传感器HIH4000,光照传感器JY526,并将这几种传感器进行了集成,便于实际生产中应用。 本文在介绍了IEEE1451.2标准的基础上,分析了IEEE1451.2标准的特点,总结了前人的相关研究分析。选用PIC16F873A芯片为主控制器,24LC256为扩展EEPROM,STIM和NCAP之间通过RS232连接,从而实现了基于该标准的硬件结构。软件实现上,在允分分析了IEEE1451.2标准的8种TEDS的基础上,设计了3种(5个)TEDS,分别为Meta TEDS,温度通道TEDS,光照通道TEDS,湿度通道TEDS,Meta-ID TEDS,其中前4个TEDS为标准规定必须实现的TEDS。通过串口调试助手的调试,表明:本系统可以实现对IEEE1451.2标准指令的执行。 在对现有基于单片机的平均数字滤波、去极值平均数宁滤波程序的分析的基础上,本文提出了一种对去极值平均数字滤波的改进数字滤波方法。实验结果表明:改进后的算法测量数据的平均相对误差和变异系数分别为0.00152和0.1363%,说明改进后的算法反应的检测设备的准确度和精密度均有提高。 论文的最后对设计完成的系统在串口调试助于V2.2环境下,实现的基于IEEE1451.2标准TEDS指令和传感器读取给出了实际的运行图,并对奉设计的进一步需要完善和改进的地方提出了作者自己的建议。

【Abstract】 In mordern technology of sensors, the application of MEMS technology and intelligenized sensor are the most important direction of the development of the technology of sensors. Combined with the 2005 science and technology project for Zhejiang Province "the research for the key technology of cost and applicable environment measurement-control system based on embedded technology in facility agriculture", smart sensor based on IEEE 1451.2 standard was firstly be applicated in the greenhouse measurement and control system in the design about this paper, the sorftware and hardware design of this data acquisition system about this paper were completed, and it worked well in debugging.Analyzed the fact of measurement-control system of manufacture greenhouse in this paper, temperature, humid and illumination were thought to be the most important facts in theenvironment of these greenhouses. The right sensors------LM35, JY526, H1H4000 were selected,and they were integrated into a same circuit, this is propitious to the application in practice products.Based on the fact of greenhouse measurement-control system and the selection of sensors, and the introduction of IEEE1451.2 standard, characteristic of this standard was analyzed, and the former study was summarized in this paper. The chip P1C16F873A was selected as MCU, 24LC256 was selected as expend EEPROM, the RS232 was selected to connect STIM and NCAP, through these things, and the hardware construct of this system was build. Based on the analysis of the whole 8 types of TEDS of IEEE1451.2 standared, 3 types of TEDS were designed, they were Meta TEDS, Meta-ID TEDS, and tunnel TEDS which include temperature tunnel TEDS, humid tunnel TEDS and ilium tunnel TEDS, and the Meta TEDS and tunnel TEDS were necessary according to the standard. Based on the debugging of "series debugging assistant", it was indicated that this system could rightly perform the instruction based on IEEE 1451.2 standard.Based on the analysis of the current study on digital filtering, an improved digital filtering type was suggested in this paper.At the last of this paper, based on the programming environment of "series debugging assistant(V2.2)", the running pictures of this system were showed. And some good suggestions were given which will be usefull for the further study and design.The sensors based on 1EEE1451.2 standard are wery important to to the future measurement-control manufacture, however, the wide application of this standard should depend on the whole perform by most of the manufactures. Take into account the life of measurement-control system will be decades of years, so the traditional sensor and smart sensor will coexist in a long time.
