基于DSP的三相异步电机智能软起动器

【摘要】 三相异步电动机结构简单、运行可靠以及价格低廉等优点而被广泛应用于工农业生产和日常生活等领域。随着各行各业中生产机械的不断更新和发展,其中对电动机的起动性能要求越来越高。传统的电机起动方式其局限性,如不能有效减少起动时对电网的大电流冲击,已越来越不能适应现代生产发展的要求。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种以TMS320LF2407 DSP为核心的高性能数字式电机软起动器。相比于传统的起动器,它能显著的改善电机的起动性能。本文内容包含以下几部分:第一章绪论主要介绍电机软起动器现状及研究软起动器的目的和意义,提出本文的研究内容和主要工作。第二章提出电机软起动方式的优点,阐述了电机软起动的原理。第三章详细介绍了软起动控制器的硬件设计,包括主电路、控制电路、驱动保护回路和辅助开关电源电路的分析和设计。第四章详细介绍了控制系统的软件设计,包括主程序,闭环计算程序和中断服务子程序等。第五章给出软起动器控制回路的调试方法,实验波形和数据;并给出了主回路仿真波形。

【Abstract】 The three phase asynchronous motor is most used in industry, agriculture, daily life and etc because of its simple structure, stable running, and lower price. With the quickly development of machines in production area, the more excellent start performance is desired. Conventional start methods can’t fit the request for production because they have some limitation such as huge start current impact for the power network. To solve the above-mentioned problem, this paper presents a high performance soft starter based on TMS320LF2407 DSP. Compared with conventional starter, this soft starter can improve the performance of start of the asynchronous motor obviously. The content of this thesis is listed as follows: The first chapter includes the present status of soft starter, the purpose of studying the soft starter and this paper’s main studying contents. The second chapter brings forward the soft start’s advantages and explains the theory of soft start. The third chapter mainly introduces the hardware design of soft starter, including the main circuit, control circuit, drive circuit, and protect circuit and auxiliary switched power design. The forth chapter tells us the software design of soft starter, including the main program, closed loop subprogram and interrupt service subprogram design. The fifth chapter gives us the experiment waveform and data of control circuit;the emulational waveform of the main circuit is also presented.
