LabVIEW在继电保护故障信息处理系统开发中的应用

【摘要】 为提高电网故障分析能力及保护装置、故障录波器的管理水平,提出了继电保护及故障信息处理系统,该系统由子站系统与主站系统组成,子站系统接收保护装置及故障录波器中的数据,同时将数据上传给主站系统;主站系统接收由子站系统上传的数据分类显示、管理,并提供录波数据分析等高级应用。 本文首先介绍监测保护装置中必要组成部分——压板投切状态的管理系统。该系统包括监控主站和监控子站两部分。子站系统采用嵌入式子站模式,通过利用先进的16/32位RISC处理器S3C44B0X和常用的10Mbit/s以太网控制芯片RTL8019AS实现信号采集和以太网通讯功能;主站程序则采用图形化的编程语言LabVIEW,利用LabVIEW提供的TCP/IP通讯节点、图形处理节点、数据库节点和报表节点实现基于以太网的数据传输、数据处理存储和报表打印等功能。通过介绍该系统的开发过程说明虚拟仪器理论以及图形化的编程语言LabVIEW在继电保护故障信息处理系统以及其他相关产品开发中的广泛应用前景。 最后本文还针对电力系统中日益增多的数据提出数据压缩的论点,将图像压缩领域嵌入式零树编码算法引入到电力系统中,提出一种压缩率可变的数据压缩方法,从而减轻电力系统中数据存储和传输负担。
【Abstract】 The management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder is introduced to improve the level of fault analysis and the device management. The system is comprised of substation system and master system. The former are linked to the protective relaying and fault recorder and send the data to the host system simultaneously;the host system displays and manages the obtained data, provides the advanced applications, such as recorder data analysis.Monitoring system of relaying plate, a necessary component in protective relaying equipment, is introduced. This system contains two parts: the master system and the substation systems. The substation system chooses embedded model. Advanced 16/32 bits RISC processor and Ethernet controller RTL8019AS are adopted to carry out signal collection and Ethernet communication. Graphic programming language-LabVIEW is used as the master system programming language. The VIs such as, TCP/IP communication VIs, graphics VIs, database VIs and report generation VIs, bring us a lot of convenience to realize the functions of Ethernet data transmission, data processing, data deposition and report generation. This system illustrates the bright future of the application of Virtual Instruments theory and Graphic programming language-LabVIEW to management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder and its related system.At last, a ratio variable compression technique, based on embedded zerotree wavelet image coding, in the interest of releasing the data preservation and transportation burden, is proposed and applied to the growing electric power system data.
