数字化不间断电源的研究

【摘要】 不间断电源系统(UPS)是一种含有储能装置,可以连续不间断的向用电设备提供电能的电源装置。UPS主要向一些用户的关键设备(铁路和民航的售票系统、互联网数据中心、医院的生命维护设备、银行清算中心等)提供工作频率稳定,稳压精度高、电压失真度小的正弦波电源。 UPS有多个功率部分及对应的控制器,是一个非常复杂的系统。目前的UPS很多采用模拟控制的方法。然而模拟控制系统需要较多的分立元件和电路板,元件之间的参数一致性较差,制造成本也比较高。近年来,随着数字信号处理器DSP技术的发展,UPS的控制逐渐由模拟控制向数字控制发展。 本文主要内容是给出了数字化控制UPS的设计方法,比较了逆变器控制不同的策略的优缺点,并且给出了具体的设计步骤。同时制作了一台基于DSP数字化控制的5kVA在线式UPS。在本文中,详细说明了UPS主功率电路的设计;数字控制策略的实现;控制和信号调理电路的设计;利用DSP的强大运算能力和专门设计的丰富的外围设备来控制UPS逆变器的运行,同时控制整个系统的逻辑运行,列出了较为详细的控制流程;实现UPS的通讯功能;完成了具有恒流恒压充电功能的电池充电器的制作。 最后通过比较完整的试验,列出了试验结果,验证了本UPS设计方案的合理性及可行性。

【Abstract】 Uninterruptible power supplies(UPS) is a equipment, which can provide power for some equipments with backup energy. UPS mainly provide service for key facility of some consumers such as IDC, the liquidating department of bank, the life maintaining system in hospital, the tickets part of railway or airline company. It can provide high quality, steady, and pure sine wave voltage.A UPS has many power parts and controllers and is a very complicated system. Now most of UPS on market adopt analog control. Obviously, there exist lots of disadvantage. Analog control system need many unattached components. This will cost more and bring some potential failure. In past years, with the development of DSP the controller of UPS will turn to digital control.This paper has discussed the meaning of digital control of UPS. And compare the different control methods of inverter in UPS. Furthermore the more detail design approach is shown in paper. This paper also introduces a traditional 5kVA,digital control UPS based on DSP. In this paper ,the the ways of designing main power circuits,control systems and the disposal circuits are given.Use the powerful calculating ability and abundant peripheral equipments to control the inverter and whole logic operation of system. The detailed program flow is shown. And the charger with constant current and constant output voltage is designed.At last this paper gives the experiment results to validate the rationality and feasibility of this system design.
