基于工业网络的纸面石膏板生产线的设计

【摘要】 现场总线和工业以太网络是近年来自动化控制领域出现的高新技术,它集中了自动化技术、网络通信技术、计算机等多种科技成果,在国内外得到了迅速发展和应用,使传统的自动化控制系统发生了重大的变革。 本文详细介绍了现场总线和工业以太网技术,对PROFIBUS—DP进行了深入研究,并对工业以太网的实时性和可靠性进行了分析。在引入现场总线技术和工业以太网络的基础上,提出了基于工业网络的纸面石膏板生产线的控制方案,详细分析了各个工段的工艺过程和控制要求,并在此基础上设计了基于工业网络的控制系统。 对于控制系统中的关键环节——切断控制,在借鉴国外先进技术的基础上,对切刀的运行轨迹进行了理论研究,提出并设计了基于伺服控制器和可编程控制器的解决方案,使得切断精度得到保证。 该系统经实际的软、硬件调试后,达到了预定的控制效果,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。文章最后就工业网络和现场总线技术的应用提出了展望和改进的方向。

【Abstract】 Fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet which has been combined with automation technology, network communication technology and computer technology is the new and advanced technology appeared in automatic control area recently. It has developed rapidly and has been applied broadly, meanwhile it has made the traditional automatic control system greatly improved.This paper introduced the fieldbus and industrial technology in detail, especially the PROFIBUS-DP standard. It also analyzed the real-time performance and the reliability. A control scheme of paper-covered plasterboard product line is issued on the base of introducing fieldbus and industrial Ethernet technology. The paper has analyzed technics and control requirement of all section and finally designed the control system based on industrial Ethernet.For the key section of the control system, control of severing, the paper studied the running track of cutter theoretically with reference to the advanced technology abroad, put forward the resolution based on PLC and Servo Controller to assure the accuracy of cross severing.The control system has achieved predefined control effect after the debugging of software and the adjusting of hardware, and has acquired significant social benefit and economic interests. Finally, the expectation of the application of fieldbus and industrial Ethernet network has been put forward with the ways to improve.
