中功率单相PFC标准化研究

【摘要】 电力电子系统集成技术作为电力电子技术发展的重要趋势在最近几年受到了广泛的关注。论文首先对电力电子系统集成的内容和目标进行了详细的论述,接着阐述了电网谐波污染和治理谐波污染的对策,分析了功率因数校正和单位功率因数校正整流器的研究现状。 本文从稳态分析入手,研究了单相Boost PFC的稳态工作点,建立了电路的数学模型,进行了基于小信号模型的数学分析,对电压环和电流环的闭环调节器进行了分析和设计。 本文着重对单相PFC标准拓扑进行了研究,对中功率单相PFC变流器拓扑进行了较为全面的总结、分类和比较。在分析和比较的基础上,优选了一个用于中功率单相PFC的标准拓扑。 论文还提出了一个新型有源箝位Boost PFC变流器,分析了它的工作原理及设计原理,实验结果表明该电路具有功率因数高、EMI干扰小、体积小、噪音低、效率高等显著的优点。在功率小于1500W的中功率范围可以作为标准拓扑的候选拓扑。 电力电子系统集成技术是电力电子学今后10~20年内意义重大的研究方向,决定着电力电子技术及其产业的兴衰命运。而电力电子拓扑的标准化是其中重要的研究目标,本文所做工作为该方向的进一步研究奠定了一定的基础。

【Abstract】 As an important development trend in power electronics, Power Electronics System Integration (PESI) has received more and more attention in recent years. In this dissertation, the main content and objective of PESI is expounded firstly. Then the dissertation introduces harmonic pollution problem in power line and the method to reject it. Also the dissertation analyzes the research state of power factor correction.After this the paper studies the model of PFC circuit. The static analysis and the static operation point of circuit are described firstly. Dynamic analysis is finished based on the small-signal model of system. The paper summarizes the criteria to choose the parameter of the controller.The paper focus on the standardized topology of middle power level single-phase PFC. Detailed review, classification and comparison of single-phase PFC for middle power level application are also presented. Based on the analysis and comparison, a topology is selected as standardized topology.The paper also proposed a novel active-clamping Boost PFC converter, which include the principle of operation and analysis of theoretical. The experiment results show that the proposed method has remarkable merits. And it can be selected as candidate topology in application of power level less than 1500W.Power electronics system integrate technology is the one of the most great research direction in the following 10-20 years, and determine the rise and decline destiny of the power electronics and its industry. The standardization of circuit topologies is one of the research goals. The work has done in this thesis establishes certain foundation as further research of this direction.
