三相PWM整流器及其控制

【摘要】 常规整流环节广泛采用的二极管整流电路和晶闸管相控整流电路对电网注入了大量谐波,给电网造成污染。三相电压型PWM整流器具有输出电压恒定、能实现单位功率因数运行的特点,甚至可以实现电能回馈电网。本文主要研究电压矢量定向控制和直接功率控制这两种关于PWM整流器的控制策略,并针对电网不平衡情况对三相PWM整流器作了相应的研究。 本文首先对PWM整流器的原理做了详细的介绍,主要是拓补结构,工作原理,分别在ABC静止坐标系、αβ静止坐标系和dq旋转坐标系中建立了低频和高频数学模型。选择了电压型的三相PWM整流器作为本文主要研究对象,并在dq坐标系中对其数学模型进行解耦。此外设计了基于TMS320F2812和IPM模块的硬件实验系统,介绍了硬件系统的电感和电容的参数设计。 PWM整流器的电流控制技术是最早出现的控制方法,本文介绍了间接和直接电流控制,并在直接电流控制中,引入了空间电压矢量定向控制,给出了实现该控制策略的主要算法,并建立了仿真模型。直接功率控制是近来发展起来的三相PWM整流器控制技术,本文在详细介绍了传统的直接功率控制策略后,针对其存在的问题,提出了空间电压矢量调制的直接功率控制策略,并通过仿真和实验验证了控制策略的有效性。最后在三相电网不平衡的条件下,研究了对三相VSR的影响。详细分析了抑制直流电压波动的双电流控制方法,以改善三相VSR在电网不平衡条件下的输入输出性能。
【Abstract】 The conventional rectifier section widely consists of diode-rectifier circuit and phase-control thyristor rectifier, which injects large amounts of harmonics into the power networks and produces much contamination. The three-phase PWM voltage source rectifier presented in this paper owns such features as constant output voltage, running under unit power factor and feedback of the power into the power networks. This paper mainly focused on the research of two control strategies on PWM rectifier that are Voltage-Oriented Control(VOC) and Direct Power Control(DPC), and also did some relatively work about the influence of unbalanced power networks on the three-phase PWM rectifier.First of all, the theory of PWM rectifier was introduced in details, which were mainly about the topology and working principles, in other words, constructing the high and low-frequency mathematical model under ABC stationary reference frame、 αβ stationary reference frame and dq rotation reference frame. In this paper, it mainly did some research on the three-phase voltage source rectifier, and then decoupled its mathematical model in the dq reference frame. In addition, the hardware system was designed on the basis of TMS320F2812 and IPM module and the parameters design of inductance and capacitance was presented.As regarding to the control techniques on PWM rectifier, the current control was proposed earliest compared to others. In this paper, it presented the indirect and direct current control, introduced space voltage vector-oriented control in the direct current control. Furthermore, it proposed the principal algorithm of the control strategy and established the simulation model. The direct power control was just proposed recently for three-phase PWM rectifier. After introducing the traditional direct power control, this paper presented the problems of that method, proposed the combination of space vector modulation and the DPC, and verified the effectiveness of such control strategy by means of simulation and experiments. Lastly, some research was done on the influence of unbalanced power networks on three-phase voltage source rectifier. Moreover, it analyzed method of the dual current control for suppressing the fluctuation of direct voltage, and proposed how to improve the input and output performance in case of unbalanced power networks.
