基于底盘物流的可视化模型研究

【摘要】 本文在底盘物流的基础上,运用运筹学和优化理论,对底盘调度过程中的调运方案选择、任务分派、运输路线、库存管理等进行优化设计,建立优化的数学模型,并利用Delphi语言实现一个基于底盘调度的物流管理系统,同时运用可视化理论,从而在底盘库存、调度、运输等环节中实现可视化、信息化管理。 本文共有七章,第一章为绪论,主要介绍可视化和物流理论的基础知识,并给出课题提出的立论依据和意义;第二章介绍本系统的总体情况和所使用的软件工具:在接下来的四章中,本文着重研究了该系统中几个重要的子模块及其实现过程。其中,第三章主要研究底盘调运方案优化问题;第四章主要研究底盘分派方案优化问题;第五章主要研究底盘调运路线优化问题;第六章主要研究底盘库存管理优化问题;最后一章对全文进行一下总结,说明了本系统的优缺点并对其发展进行了展望。 本文将运筹学、可视化以及计算机技术等理论有机地结合在一起,在实践的基础上建立了一个具有实际意义的、操作简单的、可视化的信息管理系统,简化了大量繁琐的运算,减少了人为的干预,使得物流运输更加科学化、形象化,为领导在决策时提供详实的、可靠的形象化数据,以便制订准确的计划,提高生产效率,最大化创造企业效益。同时由于本文将枯燥乏味的理论转化成界面友好的、非常直观的可操作系统,所以这必将对我国运筹学、科学计算可视化在工业领域的运用起到积极的作用。

【Abstract】 Based on chassis logistics, using operations research and optimum theory, the paper builds up optimum mathematical model of dispatch method, task assignment, transport route and storage management, makes optimum design, and realizes a logistic management system using Delphi, meanwhile accomplishes the visualization of chassis storage, dispatch and transport.The paper is composed of seven chapters. The first chapter is preface, introduce the basic theory of visualization and logistics, gives the foundation and meaning of the paper. The second chapter is for the general introduction and all the relative software. The following four chapters are the main parts of the paper;introduce several important sub models and their realization. Among them, the third chapter is focused on chassis transport problem. The fourth is mainly for the optimum method of chassis dispatch. The fifth is for the optimum route of chassis dispatch. The sixth chapter is for chassis storage. The last chapter is summary, pointing out the advantage and disadvantage of the system and its possible future development.The paper combine operations research, visualization and computer technology, builds up a useful, easy-operation and visual information management system, according to the actual operation. It simplifies the huge calculation;reduce personal interference, making the material management system more scientific and visual and supplies enormous reliable visual data to the managers who are making decisions, meanwhile raising productivity. As the paper change bored theories into easy and visual operation system, it may be a help to the teaching and learning of operation research.
