智能关节式坐标测量机数据采集系统的研制

【摘要】 本课题来源于与加拿大的合作项目“关节式坐标测量机的研制”的硬件电路设计部分。对于三坐标测量机而言,除了主要的机械组成部分外,电路部分也是组成坐标测量机的重要组成部分,用来完成三坐标测量机测头空间位置信息的数据采集的任务,采集的数据交由上位机处理得出测头的空间位置。 本文介绍了国外主流关节式坐标测量机的现状,以及本项目研制的关节式坐标测量机的工作原理和组成部分,制定了以FPGA为核心、以单片机控制数据传输的关节式坐标测量机数据采集系统设计方案,提出了课题设计主要需解决好的三部分问题,即PC上人机操作界面的编制,PC与FPGA通信程序编写,和FPGA控制程序的编写。 本论文主要介绍了数据采集系统的硬件电路和软件程序设计,其中重点介绍了FPGA的设计开发及硬件编程,和单片机实现的数据传输硬件设计和控制程序的设计;接口方面介绍了FPGA和单片机,以及单片机与上位机的接口设计。 本课题设计的硬件电路经过初期的调试,并经与坐标测量机的机械部分结合,证明此硬件电路能正常运行,并能达到圆光栅数据采集的要求,配合坐标转化软件能实现空间位置的测量。

【Abstract】 The topic is a hardware circuit design, which is a port of the cooperation project with Canada, named Design of PCMM. For PCMM, in addition to the major mechanical components, circuit design is also an important part of completing the PCMM.The paper introduces foreign mainstream PCMM nowadays, and introduces the principles and components of the PCMM, then gives the design of the project that FPGA is the code and MCU is used to transmit the collection data. There are three parts needed resolving in this paper: operating interface with the PC computer, communications programming between pc and FPGA, and control programming of FPGA.The design of hardware circuit and the programming design of software are mainly introduced in this paper, which focus on the design and development of FPGA, and on the data transmission design with MCU. In interface aspects, the interface between FPGA and MCU, and the interface between PC and MCU are introduced.After initial debugging, it is proved that the hardware circuit, used in measurement machines, can operate normally, and that the hardware circuit can reach the requirements of angle encoder. With the co ordinate’s conversion software, we can get the space location of measured point.
