面向供应链的第三方物流配送调度算法研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术发展日益迅猛,人类社会分工也日益精细化,人们的生活方式、生产方式以及消费偏好都在逐步地变革和进步。这种变革和进步与科技的不断发展导致了新产品和新服务的不断出现。为适应这种潮流,各生产经营企业不得不集中精力搞好主要业务,而把原来属于自己处理的物流活动,以合同的形式委托给专业的物流服务企业,这些物流服务企业就是所谓的“第三方物流”(TPL,Third Party Logistics)。TPL作为一种先进的物流服务形态,强调利用现代信息技术,建立高效、完备、功能强大的信息系统和物流系统,从而做到信息流整合物流,实现真正意义上的物流革命。 物流管理是供应链管理中重要的组成部分,其中有两个重要问题,一是物流网络中的配送中心的选址问题,它对大多数物流企业而言是最重要的物流战略规划问题,因为它为运输服务和库存水平的恰当选择和良好管理奠定基础。其次是物流配送车辆调度问题,它是物流活动中直接与消费者相连的环节,在物流的各项成本中,配送成本占了相当高的比例。配送车辆调度的合理与否对配送速度、成本、效益影响很大,采用科学、合理的方法来进行配送车辆调度,是物流配送中非常重要的一项活动。 本论文主要对物流管理中的配送中心选址问题以及物流配送中的车辆调度问题(VSP,Vehicle Scheduling Problem)进行深入的研究。利用遗传算法对这两个问题建立了数学模型和迭代优化算法,实例证明该模型和算法能够起到较好的效果。

【Abstract】 As the development of science and technology are more and more fast, the classification of people working is more delicate. The way people living, working and consuming has changed gradually. This kind of improvement caused new products and new services appeared continuously. Producers have to focus on their chief business, and left the logistics used to be disposed by themselves to some professional logistics corporations which called "Third Party Logistics" (TPL). As an advanced logistics form, TPL puts emphasis on achieving the real logistics revolution by using information technology, establishing effective, mature and powerful information system and logistics system.Logistics management is the important part of supply chain management, it has two important problem .The first is how to choose the location of the distribution center, it is the most important problem for many logistics corporations because it is the key factor to transportation management and storage. The second is Vehicle Scheduling Problem in logistics distribution. It is the closest factor to consumers in logistics activity and takes the largest part of the cost of logistics. To schedule vehicles scientifically and reasonably is the crucial part of logistics distribution.This thesis mainly focus on distribution center’ s location problem and Vehicle Scheduling Problem in logistics distribution. By using genetic algorithms, we construct mathematics model and optimized iterative algorithm for these two problems. Experiment shows that it is efficiency.
