组合生物膜法处理分散式生活污水研究

【摘要】 随着集中的污水处理解决了城市生活污水的污染问题,分散的点污染源已经开始引起人们的重视。如何最低限度降低此类污水带来的污染是现今人们亟待解决的问题。污水分散处理已经成为国内外生活污水处理的一种新概念。 本文针对分散式生活污水处理中的问题设计了一套生活污水处理装置,进行了工艺参数的优化,探讨了铁屑除磷的原理,并利用本文的研究成果作了工程应用的经济分析。 实验结果表明:在系统水力停留时间为8.28h、除碳池气水比为20∶1、硝化池气水比为10∶1的条件下,CODcr的去除率为97.4%,NH3-N去除率为67.95%,TP去除率为81.3%。系统水力停留时间对NH3-N去除的影响最大;除磷池中磷的去除效果稳定,TP的去除主要依靠Fe3+与PO43-反应生成FePO4沉淀;系统耐冲击负荷能力强。 对采用组合生物膜工艺的小区生活污水处理工程的经济分析表明,污水的处理费用为0.79元/吨。该工艺处理效果好,运行费用低,是一种有发展前途的分散式污水处理技术。
【Abstract】 With centralized wastewater treatment resolved the pollution problems of urban sewage, Decentralized point pollution has begun to get a great attention. Nowadays it is urgent to be resolved that how to reduce this kind of wastewater pollution to the minimum scale. Decentralized wastewater treatment technology has become a new concept in the world.In this paper, a set of equipments was designed to treat wastewater aimed at the problem exist in the decentralized wastewater treatment. We optimized the technical parameter and discussed theory of dephosphorization with scrap-iron, then, a economic analysis of engineering application was carried out.It is indicated that when HRT is 8.22h, gas-liquid ratio in reactor used to removal organic compound is 20:1, gas-liquid ratio in nitrified reactor is 10:1, removal ration of CODcr is 97.4%, NH3-N is 67.95%, TP is 81.3%. The removal of NH3-N is greatly effect by HRT. The efficiency of removal phosphate by scrap iron is stable, Removal of phosphate mostly depends on the reaction of Fe3+and PO43-which makes FePO4. The system is steady to shocking loading.It was indicated by the economic analysis of community wastewater treatment project used combinational bio-film technology that the charge for sewage treatment is 0.79yuan per ton. It will be a promising decentralized sewage treatment technology for its high efficiency and low run charge.
