汽车半轴总成装配线关键技术的研究

【摘要】 半轴是用于将由差速器半轴齿轮传递过来的转矩直接传递给驱动轮的部件,是汽车传动系的重要部件之一,其总成的装配精度直接影响和决定汽车驱动桥的精度。本文在分析大量专业书籍和文献资料的基础上,参考国内外先进的装配线应用成果,对合肥车桥有限责任公司商务车系列半轴进行了总成装配线设计,并对其关键技术进行了研究。 论文首先介绍了目前国内外汽车部件装配线的现状和发展趋势以及常用的一些计算工序时间定额的理论方法,然后通过分析商务车系列半轴的结构,在结合合肥车桥有限责任公司厂房现状以及现有设备的基础上,设计了一种非同步的环形装配线设计工艺。然后针对该装配线的实际特点对其中的重要关键技术问题(压力机吨位的合理选取、工序同期化的应用、制动器气泵的气密性试验等)进行了系统的研究。 本设计方案通过在合肥车桥有限责任公司的试装配和实地测量,证明所用工艺和技术能大幅度地提高了汽车半轴总成的装配效率和质量以及驱动桥的整体性能。
【Abstract】 Axle shaft is one of important parts in auto drive system, which directly transfers the torque from axle shaft gear to driving wheel, and its assembly precision will directly influence or decide the precision of drive axle. Based on analyzing lots of special books and literature data, in this paper the assembly line of auto axle shaft (MPV) for Hefei axle stock co.,ltd is designed and the key technologies are studied referring to application production all over the world,.Firstly, the actuality and development trend of auto assembly line all over the world is introduced and some common methods of calculating working procedure time are refered. Then through analyzing the structure of axle shaft (MPV), combining the workshop and existing equipments in Hefei axle stock co.,ltd, it designs a asynchronous annular assembly line, and aiming at actual peculiarity of the assembly line, systemically works over some important key technologies, such as: reasonable choosing of the press machine, the experiment of arrester pump.With assembly experiment and measurement on the spot, it is proved the assembly line can largely advance the efficiency and quality of auto axle shaft, and can also improve whole capability of driving axle.
