基于不确定性理论的产品精度信息模型的研究

【摘要】 面对全球市场的形成和信息、通信、生物、材料技术的迅速发展,制造业形势发生了根本变化。由现代制造系统的发展可以看出,在现代制造业中全生命周期的集成产品信息在现代制造系统中将发挥越来越重要的作用。而产品精度信息模型的建立制约了集成产品信息的发展,所以理清产品精度信息模型所包含的内容,建立适合研究对象领域的产品精度模型是关键。在建立产品精度模型的基础上来研究精度产品的精度设计的理论和方法,使得产品精度信息模型在制造系统中真正发挥作用。 基于上述需求,本文结合国内某科研单位的项目课题:天线结构的可行性试验及论证(040205D2),以模块化装配的雷达天线结构为研究对象,进行产品精度信息模型建模及其精度设计理论和方法的研究与应用。其主要内容包括: ①对天线结构产品精度信息模型进行有限元分析和变形测试试验(应力应变变形测试和位移测试),通过试验数据和有限元数据的对比,来对产品精度信息模型进行可行性论证。 ②对新一代GPS标准的结构体系进行了说明,阐述了精度产品信息模型中的尺寸公差和形位公差的影响、类型和两者之间的关系。介绍了新一代GPS体系中的不确定性理论体系,以及公差的不确定性随机分布规律。导出了基于产品精度信息模型的计算机辅助公差设计。 ③对产品精度信息模型的建模技术进行论述,通过多种数学模型的比较,并且针对天线结构精度产品,利用基于自由度变动的平面要素数学表示方法,综合考虑了尺寸公差和形位公差,建立了天线结构的零件精度产品信息模型。同时基于顺序法虚拟装配的方法,描述了各个零件之间的位姿关系,建立了天线结构的装配产品精度信息模型。 ④对产品精度信息模型的公差分析和公差综合技术进行说明;针对模块化装配的天线结构产品精度信息模型,基于不确定性理论的随机公差分布,利用蒙特卡洛模拟法来对天线结构的装配产品精度信息模型的终端误差进行仿真分析和综合。并且基于“天线结构的可行性试验与论证”项目,开发了实用的公差设计软件。

【Abstract】 With the formation of the global market and the rapid development of the technology of information, communications and material, the trend of manufacturing has changed ultimately. From the development of modern manufacturing system, it is realized that the information of integrated product in product life-circle will play a more and more important role in modern manufacturing. However, the formation of precision information model restricts the development of the information of integrated product. Therefore, to clarify the contents containing in the precision information model and to set up a precision product model, which fits the research, field is the key point. Research on the theories and methods in the precision design of precision product model, which bases on building a precision product model, makes the precision information model getting more and more functional in the manufacturing system.This thesis has thoroughly studied and used the precision modeling theory and method and the key techniques of integrated product information model when researching on the Radar Antenna Structure based on modularized assembly. It has been applied to the research of "The Feasibility Test and Demonstrability of Antenna Structure" ( 040205D2) in the project of The scientific research Unit of China. The main contents are the following:①、 Described the finite element analysis and deform test (including stress and displacement) of the Precision Information Model of Antenna Structure;By the comparison with them, the feasibility of Precision Information Model of Product can been proved.②、 Studied on the structure system, Uncertainty Theory of new generation dimensional geometrical product specification and verification (GPS) standard system;Described the influence, style, relation and random distribution rule of geometrical tolerances and dimensional tolerances;and bring in the conception of Computer Aided Tolerancing (CAT) based on precision information model.③、 Aimed at Antenna Structure based on modularized assembly, a precision model of the part is founded at first, which makes use of mathematical representation of planar surface based on variation of DOF and takes size and geometrical tolerance into account. Secondly, the position relations between partsare described by a method based on ordinal virtual assembly and the assembly precision model is established.(Ds Explained the technology of tolerance design;Aimed at Antenna Structure based on modularized assembly, by referring to the random numbers based on Uncertainty Theory that accord with tolerance distribution rule and using Monte Carlo simulation, a simulated analysis and mathematical statistics of the Antenna-Structured Precision Information Model’ terminal error have been done. Finally, a precision design soft also has been integrated.
