基于ANSYS多支点排桩围护结构的计算模拟

【摘要】 深基坑工程中的支护问题,在采用多支点排桩支护的设计中,目前的研究和应用以一般的板桩理论为基础,大多也是没有考虑开挖过程,支撑似乎在开挖前就存在,即不考虑支撑反力和结构的变形随开挖过程的变化。多支点排桩的计算方法有许多种,都在一定程度上存在不足,与实际的施工过程有差距。本文主要依据现有排桩的理论,应用有限元ANSYS确定合适的模拟单元,模拟多支点排桩围护结构,考虑支撑反力和结构的变形随开挖过程的变化。在模拟基坑开挖过程中做了一些简化处理,模拟基坑开挖过程按照“先变形,后支撑”原则,同时考虑基坑开挖卸载效应和围护结构与土体的共同作用机理,进行参数化建模、动态调整支撑条件和荷载变化,分别计算每次开挖后的内力和位移,导出就算结果的位移和应力云图,并对所得的计算结果进行整理和综合分析。本文计算模拟过程借助于大型有限元软件ANSYS模拟排桩围护结构,在基坑支护结构的计算方面较为简易而且分析明确,为工程设计和施工提供了有效的依据,为设计和研究提供了有力的开发平台和分析工具。
【Abstract】 Support problems in deep excavations in the designing of multi-pivots piles are studied and applied on the basis of board and pile theory, and don’t consider the process of excavation. Supports seem there in the beginning, what means that we don’t consider the change of sustain react and structure deformation. There are several measures on the calculating of multi-pivots piles, most of which have defects in certain degree and have differences with real construction. The article mainly on the basis of row piles theory, apply finite element analysis software ANSYS to select proper simulation element, simulate structure of multi-pivots row piles, consider the change of sustain react and structure deformation during the excavation. The author make some simplification during the process of simulating excavation, according to the course of "deform before support" during the excavation, consider unload effect and interaction of support structure and soil, establish parameter model, adjust sustain condition and load dynamically, respectively calculate internal force and displacement after every excavation, get cloud pictures of internal force and displacement of calculation results, and arrange and synthetic analysis calculation results. The article resort to FEA ANSYS to simulate row piles, its calculation is practicable and directly, and we can provide accordance for designing and constructing in the projects and offer platform and analysis tool for designing and study.
