基于单片机SPCE061A的汽车空调控制系统

【摘要】 随着国内汽车行业的高速发展,汽车空调越来越受到汽车制造商的重视。现在国产汽车的汽车空调控制器普遍采用手动机械控制方式,大大落后于国际水平,限制了汽车工业的发展。本文针对实现汽车空调的自动控制的问题进行了一系列研究。利用模糊控制理论对汽车空调车室内温度调节系统进行智能控制。模糊控制方法具有较强的鲁棒性,能较为精确地控制车内温度,满足人体舒适性的要求。本文通过对汽车空调车室内温度调节过程的分析,根据模糊控制规则库的分解原则,把整个控制器分成六个多输入单输出的模糊控制器。对输入信号(设定温度及车室温度)进行模糊化处理,分别建立模糊控制规则。根据输入、输出的要求对控制系统的硬件进行设计,包括数据采集、人机通道的设计。根据模糊控制规则及输入、输出的接口要求对软件进行设计。
【Abstract】 Along with the domestic automobile profession high speed development, the automobile air conditioning more and more receives the automobile manufacturer the value. Now the domestically produced automobile automobile air conditioning controller generally uses the manual machinery control mode, falls behind greatly the international standard, has limited the automobile industry development. This article has conducted a series of research in view of the realization automobile air conditioning automatic control question. Uses the fuzzy control theory to carry on the intelligent control to the automobile air indoor temperature governing system. The fuzzy control method has the strong robustness, can precisely control in the vehicle the temperature, satisfies the human body comfortable request. This article through to automobile air conditioning indoor temperature adjustment process analysis, according to the fuzzy control rule storehouse decomposition principle, divides into the entire controller more than six inputs lists output the fuzzy controller. (Hypothesis temperature and vehicle room temperature) carries on fuzzy processing to the input signal, established mixed the air throttle, the air blower rotational speed, the compressor and the hot water valve, the wind direction air throttle and inside and outside cyclic control fuzzy control rule. According to input, the output request has carried on the design to the control system hardware, including data acquisition, man-machine channel design. According to the fuzzy control rule and the input, the output connection request carries on the design to the software.
