一种高性能光谱分析仪的设计方案

【摘要】 本文综合介绍了高性能光谱分析仪的国内外研究现状和发展趋势。系统分析了国内的需求,以及在光谱分析仪领域国内外的差距。根据光谱分析仪设计的基本原理,设计出了三种实现方案:衍射光栅型、Fabry-Perot干涉仪型和Michelson干涉仪型。并对三种方案的优缺点给予了分析和比较。 衍射光栅型光谱分析仪能够进行各种激光器和LED的光谱测量,其光谱分辨带宽是可以改变的,且具有测量波长范围宽、灵敏度高、动态范围大等优点。因此,本设计采用双通光栅单色仪加直接驱动直接读取光栅角位置控制的实现方案。利用这种双通光栅单色仪可同时获得单光栅单色仪的高灵敏度和双光栅单色仪的大动态范围;在光路中插入经精心设计的楔形延迟板,它还可提供优良的偏振非敏感特性;准直和聚焦系统选用高品质抛物面反射镜可降低单色仪的尺寸要求,以便于将整个仪器的体积降到最小限度,同时,由于反射系统无色差,所以该系统还有助于提高仪器的分辨率。高分辨率直接驱动直接读取衍射光栅角位置的控制系统不仅可消除传统齿轮减速机构固有的各种误差,而且可大大提高光栅扫描速度。 接着详细分析了本设计的硬件实现方案、软件实现方案以及结构实现方案。并对与本设计直接相关的关键技术及其实现方式进行了分析。然后给出了主要技术指标的测试方法及测量结果。最后与国外最新水平的光谱分析仪进行了比较,本设计的水平完全达到了国外最高水平。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a design approach of a high performance optical spectrum analyzer. First, it analyses inland demand for the analyzer, then points out the gap between the fields national and abroad. And in succession, it introduces the rationale of the optical spectrum analyzer, and puts forward three schemes to carry out the project: diffraction raster type, Fabry-Perot interferometer type and Michelson interferometer type.The optical spectrum analyzer of diffraction raster type can test the spectrum of all kinds of LDs and LEDs. The resolution bandwidth of the spectrum can be changed as wish. And this scheme has the advantages such as broad wavelength span, high sensitivity, wide dynamic range and so on. So, this project adopts the realization scheme of double-pass raster monochromator plus direct drive and direct reading of the raster’s angle position to control.Utilization of double-pass raster monochromator can obtain the high sensitivity of a single raster monochromator and the wide dynamic range of a double raster monochromator simultaneously. The elaborate cuneiform-delay board inserted in the optical path can provide excellent insensitive polarization characteristics. Collimation and focus system choose high-quality paraboloid reflector to reduce the size of monochromator, so as to decrease the cubage of the analyzer to the minimum limit. At the same time because the reflective system has no chromatic aberration, the system conduces to improve the analyzer’s resolution. The control system of high resolution, direct drive and direct reading of diffraction raster’s angle position can not only eliminates the diverse inherent errors of the traditional gear decelerating mechanism, but also greatly improve the scan speed of the raster.The paper then analyzes hardware scheme, software scheme and structure scheme to carry out the project and analyzes key technologies and their realization method directly related to the project. It whereafter provides the main technicalspecifications’ test methods and test results. In the end it compares the product with oversea up-to-date optical spectrum analyzer and proves that the technical level completely reaches the highest level in this field overseas.
