【摘要】 精神文明是社会主义的重要特征,党的三代中央领导都十分重视社会主义精神文明建设。城市精神文明建设是社会主义精神文明建设的先导和重要组成部分。 城市精神文明建设是城市建设的重要方面,城市精神文明建设有其自身的内涵。在全面建设小康社会,构建和谐社会主义社会的建设中,城市精神文明建设有着重要的现实意义。 城市精神文明建设的现状总体上是好的,但也存在着一些问题。这些问题的存在,使得城市精神文明建设的任务更加艰巨和复杂。 城市精神文明建设内容丰富,概括起来,主要包括城市的环境建设、城市的思想道德建设和城市的文化建设等。城市精神文明建设的任务就是全面提高全体市民的思想道德素质和科学文化素质,培养有理想、有道德、有文化的城市现代文明市民;实现市民思想品德修养、科学教育水平、民主法制观念等素质的显著提高,促进城市物质文明、政治文明、精神文明建设的协调发展。 城市精神文明建设关系到城市建设和社会主义建设的大局,如何建设和应对是个比较复杂的问题,本文试探性地提出了城市精神文明建设的几点建议与拙见,以期望能给予当前的城市精神文明建设提供少许借鉴和参考更多还原

【Abstract】 Spirits civilization is one of the important socialist features. Our central government leaders of Three Sessions of Chinese communist Party pay much attention to it. Cities’ spirits civilization is the precursor and the main part of socialist spirits civilization.The construction of cities’ spirits civilization is the important part of cities’ construction. The construction of cities’ spirits civilization has its own content. About the construction of cities’ spirits civilization, there is a realistic significance in the overall socialist construction and the construction of harmonious socialist. Generally speaking, the realistic status about the construction of cities’ spirits civilization is good. But there are some problems in it. The existence of these problems, make the construction of cities’ spirits civilization much more arduous and complex.The content of the construction of cities’ spirits civilization is abundant. It mainly includes the construction of environment, ideology and morality, and culture. The task of the construction of cities’ spirits civilization is to enhance townspeople the quality of ideology and morality, and science and culture, and to cultivate townspeople to be modern city residents of ideal, morality and culture, and to realize townspeople’s quality about ideology and morality ,science and culture improvement greatly ,and to promote the construction of cities’ civilization about material, politics and spirits harmonious development.The construction of cities’ spirits civilization relates to the construction of socialist modernization. How to construct and cope with it , is a more complex problem. In my thesis I attempt to put forward several suggestions about the construction of cities’ spirits civilization, and I also want to give some reference to the current construction of cities’ spirits civilization.更多还原
