拉伸致动和剪切致动压电层合梁的对比研究

【摘要】 随着70年代木80年代初智能材料和智能结构概念的提出,压电材料作为一种同时兼有自感知能力和自适应能力的智能材料,受到了广泛的关注。 本文在文献调研的基础上,简介了压电层合结构在航空航天、建筑科学及医学等领域的研究与应用现状;探讨了拉伸及剪切压电层合梁的力学特性和致动机理;从第二类压电方程出发,运用Hamilton原理,推导了压电层合梁的有限元方程以及退化后的二维压电方程;简要介绍了ANSYS/APDL语言的应用,并成功地运用其建立了力一电耦合计算模型;重点研究了三层和五层的单点及多点配置压电梁的致动机理问题,开展了拉伸致动和剪切致动压电层合梁的静力分析以及模态分析;对三层单点配置压电梁的传感器和致动器的优化布置开展了初步尝试。 本文对压电层合梁的设计提供了一定的科学理论依据。
【Abstract】 With the appearance of intelligent material and structure concept during the end of 1970s to the beginning of 1980s, piezo-material, a kind of intelligent material with adaptive ability, received widely attention.Applications of the laminated piezo-structure into the navigation architecture science and medicine are briefly reviewed based upon literature search. We discussed the mechanic features of two models of laminated piezo-beam. Based on the constructive function, the finite function and reduced planar piezoelectric function was derived through Hamilton Principle. We gave a brief introduction of ANSYS/APDL, and compiled finite element program (MPFEMP). The mechanic features of three-layer and five-layer piezo-beam were a research focus. A static and mode analyse was presented. At the end of the paper, we made a try to find out the optimal disposal of actuation in order to get a biggest displacement.In a word, this paper provided a scientific theory for the designing of piezo-structures.
