碳纤维加固及可视化设计

Programming of Concrete Strengthened with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Systems

【摘要】 碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)加固修复混凝土结构是二十世纪八十年代在发达国家开始发展起来的一项新技术,而我国自九十年代后期才开始研究和应用该技术。碳纤维布加固混凝土梁在工程中的应用极为广泛,但由于碳纤维粘贴在混凝土构件的外表面与混凝土协同工作,共同承受外荷载,影响加固效果的因素很多。因此,CFRP抗弯加固梁的设计比普通钢筋混凝土梁的设计要复杂得多。 在总结关于碳纤维计算设计理论的基础上,编制了一个较完整的应用程序。程序主要可解决的问题包括:碳纤维加固混凝土梁抗弯承载力计算,碳纤维加固混凝土梁抗剪承载力以及加固柱抗剪承载力计算。结合实际情况输出各参数,并根据工程需要生成计算书。从工程的角度看该程序可以较圆满的完成碳纤维加固计算设计任务。从软件设计的角度看,该程序用Visual C++编写具有友好的用户界面,使用者操作简单明了。计算过程中的结果均用界面显示易于用户查阅保存。

【Abstract】 Strengthening reinforced concrete(RC) structures with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) composites was started in early 1980s in advanced country and became popular in recent years. But as a new strengthening technology, it has been researched and applied in our country until late 90’s. RC beams Strengthened with CFRP is used widely in civil engineering world. However, external bonding of CFRP has to support loads together with reinforced concrete, and many factors can affect strengthening effects. So design method of flexural RC beams strengthened with CFRP is more complex than general RC beams.Based on the basic theories and formulas, program CFG is designed. The program can solve these problems: calculate of the flexural strength and bear strength of strengthening RC beams with CFRP, calculate of the bear strength of strengthening RC poles with CFRP. Combine with the actual engineering the program provide the parameter to the needs of project and can print the calculate books. From project angle think this program can satisfactory completion carbon fiber last task of designing strengthening. From the view of the software design, the program is compiled by the visual C++, it can provide the consumers a friendly interface and make the operation easy and concise. During the calculate process the results are saved on the screen, and it make very convenient for the users to review and store.
