钢筋混凝土异形柱框架T形节点强度非线性有限元分析
Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis on the Shear Strength of T-Shaped Column Joints of Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure

【摘要】 目前,针对异形柱梁柱节点的研究和试验较少。异形柱梁柱节点比矩形柱梁柱节点更薄弱,其震害可能更为严重。 利用有限元ANSYS软件对19个“T”形节点在单调加载下进行了非线性分析。模型分五组,分别分析了梁柱刚度比h_b/h_c和翼缘宽度b_f、轴压比μ_N、混凝土强度以及配篐率等因素对节点受力机理、内力分布、裂缝开展、分布以及节点抗剪承载力的影响规律。 通过非线性分析发现:(1)轴压比不太大情况下,“T”形节点符合较倾斜的斜压杆受力机理,在反复荷载作用下,裂缝成似倒“v”形裂缝,开口朝向翼缘侧,并向翼缘侧延伸;(2)节点承载力与梁柱刚度比有关;(3)翼缘对节点抗剪能力的贡献具有滞后性,翼缘外伸宽度影响范围有一定限制。(4)适当提高轴压比对节点抗剪承载能力起有利作用,在高轴压比下,抗剪承载力反而降低。(5)混凝土强度的提高可以提高节点初裂荷载和抗剪承载力。(6)篐筋能有效提高其破坏荷载,但对初裂荷载提高不明显。 最后,对我国现行异形柱规程(征求意见稿)关于节点承载力的计算公式提出几点改进意见。
【Abstract】 Currently, there are not enough research and testing on the special-shaped column joints. Because special-shaped column joints are weaker than rectangle joints, Earthquake disaster may be more serious .19 T-shaped joints under single loads are analyzed by useing the finite procedure ANSYS software by nonlinear FEM. Models are divided into five groups, each analyzed anti-blending stiffness ratio h_b / h_c of beam-column 、 joint’s wing-board width b_f 、 axial-pressed ratio μ_N 、. concrete strength grade and hoop steel ratio and so on affected by the endure mechanisms, internal force distribution, the cracks development of joints and anti-shear strength of jointS.The researches of Nonlinear analysis indicate that: (1) The endure mechanism of T-shaped joints under lower axial-pressed ratio is liable to the more inclined press-pole mechanism than one of rectangle joints . The joints’ crack shape appears reverse "V" shape but not the rectangle joints’ "X" shape under the cyclic loads, opening and extending towards wing-board side;(2) Anti-shear strength of joints affected by the anti-blending stiffness ratio h_b / h_cbeam-column. (3) Wing’ contribution to the capacity of anti-shear of joints lag, the scope of wing-board width has a certain limit. (4) Appropriatly raising of axial-pressed ratio benefits to anti-shear strength of joints, but in higher axial-pressed ratio reduced. (5) The strength of concrete can increase the early cracked load, and to some extent enhance joint carrying capacity. (6) The presence of hoop steel can effectively improve damage load of joint, but for the early cracked load is not obvious 。Finally, a few improvements are suggested about the caculating formula in the national existing Technical specifications of RC structure with columns of irregular shaped sections(draft).
