【摘要】 民主是人类政治文明发展的结果，也是世界各国人民的普遍要求。回溯中国近代以来的历史，中国人民为争取民主进行了百折不挠的斗争和艰难探索。中国共产党新民主主义革命时期的历史就是一部为中国人民争取和保障民主权利的奋斗史。现阶段，我国正致力于社会主义的改革和建设，加强民主政治建设是其中的一个重要课题。所以研究新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的民主政治建设具有重要的意义，可以为我国当代的民主政治建设提供借鉴。 本文分为三个部分：第一部分阐述了旧民主主义革命时期中国人民对民主的探索；第二部分具体论述了新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的民主政治建设历程；第三部分就第二部分的内容，提出了新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的民主政治建设的历史启示：立足我国国情是民主政治建设的出发点；增强民众的民主意识，加强民主监督是民主政治建设的前提；坚持党的领导是民主政治建设的关键；加强党内民主是民主政治建设的保障。 通过以上论述，本文得出结论，要认真研究和重视新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的民主政治建设，总结经验，进一步加强现阶段我国的民主政治建设，以有助于推动我们建设中国特色社会主义事业的伟大进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The democracy is the result of human development of political civilization , is also a widespread request among international community . Returning to modern history of China ,Chinese people carry on the arduous conflicts and difficult quests for the democracy . In the times of new democratic revolution , the Communist Party of China had ever been struggling for the democratic rights of people .Currently , our country is concentrating on the reform and construction of socialism , so strengthening the politics and democracy of construction is an important topic among them . It is very important to study them of CPC in the times of new democratic revolution , which can provide the lessons to the contemporary politics and democracy construction of China.The text is divided to three parts . First, the text simply elaborates the quests of people in the times of old democratic revolution . Second , it discusses in a specific way the politics and democracy construction of CPC in the times of the new democratic revolutionary . At last, the text puts forward the historical enlightenment in accordance with the contents of the second part. These historical enlightenment consists of the followings : leading the politics and democracy construction in accordance with status quo in China is the foudation ; strengthening democratic sense of the public , enhancing democratic supervision is the premise of it ; the leadership of our party is the key to the politics and democracy construction ; strengthening the development of the democracy inside our party is the guarantee of it.According to the above discussion , this text gets a conclusion : We should seriously study and value the politics and democracy construction of the CPC in the times of new democratic revolution , and gain enlightenment from analyzing them . We should take further steps to strengthen the politics and democracy construction of the new period of our country , So they can propel the socialistic course with Chinese characteristics to be in successful way .更多还原
