室内流量阶跃变化时热网运行调节与控制策略研究

【摘要】 随着热量计量收费体制的改革,用户成为热量使用的主体,可以根据自身的需求调节供热流量。温控阀在供暖运行中的不断调节使热网流量不断变化,这样热网不再是定流量而成为变流量运行。为了提高热网的运行效率和保证供热质量,一般来说热网都装备不同类型的调节控制设备。本文针对新型智能供热计量控制系统的调节方式,即室内流量阶跃变化,分析新系统水力工况的调节特性,研究适合新系统的控制策略,为其在工程实际中的应用奠定理论基础。 本文采用数值模拟研究分析新系统的运行特性。采用图论理论和计算机技术,编制了供热管网水力工况模拟计算程序,全面地描述系统的水力工况,易于模拟系统和用户的控制、调节动作,为分析新系统水力工况的调节特性及控制策略的研究提供了依据。 数值模拟计算表明,新系统的调节方式,即用户室内流量阶跃变化对管网的水力工况具有显著影响,用户的水力失调度超过允许的范围,必须采用适当的控制方法以保证系统正常运行。为提高用户的水力稳定性,在立管热力入口处安装自力式压差控制阀,采用定压差控制。通过计算证明,这种控制方式能有效提高管网的稳定性,保证用户的正常使用。同时,为适应系统流量的变化,降低运行能耗,循环水泵应调速运行。通过分析系统能耗和稳定性,考察了循环水泵分别在近端定压和远端定压两种控制方式下的运行效果,分析了这两种控制方式的特点及适用范围。

【Abstract】 Along with the reformation of heating system, user become the main body of heat, can adjust heat flux by self demand. Thermostat’s movement make system flux keep changing,so heating network circulate at variable-flow. This paper aim at new aptitude heat metering system’s adjust mode,flux indoor change suddenly,analyse new system ’s working condition changing characteristic,study the controlling strategy adapt to new system.This paper use computer calculate to simulate new system’s working, make a simulation program to describe heating system working condition. It can easily simulate system and user’s control and adjust movement, offer data to analyze new system’s working condition changing characteristic and study the controlling strategy adapt to new system.The calculating data indicate that, new system’s adjust mode make flux indoor change suddenly, and would result in heating network’s working condition big influence, user’s hydraulic maladjustment degree would exceed the allowed scope. In order to raise the hydraulic stability of the user, we fix self-operated differential pressure controlling valve at tube’s thermodynamic entrance to keep tube’s pressure difference stably. And the calculating data indicate that, network’s stability would be raised. At the same time, to accommodate to the variety of system’s flux and reduce working energy cost, the circulating water pump should working at regulating speed. Investigated a circulating water pump’s difference respectively adopt keeping near place and distant place pressure difference constant under two kinds of control methods of working condition, analyzed the characteristics of these two kinds of control methods and apply scope.
