双喷嘴矩形导流管喷动床流体力学特性及脱硫性能的研究

【摘要】 为提高半干法烟气脱硫工艺吸收剂利用率、脱硫效率和解决喷动床脱硫技术工业放大问题。本文以此为目的提出了一种新型双喷嘴矩形导流管喷动床半干法烟气脱硫系统。对双喷嘴矩形导流管喷动床的流体力学特性进行了研究,在不同操作工况下考察了颗粒粒径、表观气速、静床层高度、导流管直径和导喷距对最小喷动速度、喷动压降和喷动高度的影响,提出了适用于此实验系统的最小喷动速度、最大喷动压降以及喷动高度关联式。研究了Ca/S摩尔比、入口SO2浓度、进气温度、绝热饱和温差、表观气速、静床层高度等对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明,脱硫效率随着Ca/S摩尔比、入口SO2浓度、静床层高度的增大而增大;而随进气温度、绝热饱和温差、表观气速的增大而减小。对无导流管矩形喷动床与导流管矩形喷动床及柱锥形喷动床的流体力学性能和脱硫性能进行了对比。得出导流管喷动床的流体力学性能优于无导流管喷动床,干燥性能比无导流管喷动床的良好,减缓了粘壁,但脱硫效率低于无导流管喷动床;矩形喷动床的流体力学性能及脱硫性能优于柱锥型喷动床。最后提出了脱硫效率数学关联式,计算值和实验值吻合较好。
【Abstract】 In order to increase sorbent utilization and efficiency of SO2 removal and resolve industrial application problem of spouted bed technique in FGD.A new equipment of semi-dry desulfurization for the double nozzles rectangular draft tube spouted bed was proposed in this paper. The hydrodynamics characteristics for the double nozzles rectangular draft tube spouted bed was studied. Some effects were tested for particle diameter,flow rate,bed height, draft tube diameter and height of entrainment zone on minimum spouted velocity , spouted pressure drop and spouting height at different operation condition. The formulas of minimal spouted velocity,maximal spouted pressure drop and the spouting height were put forward. Some effects on SO2 removal were studied, such as Ca/S molar ratio,inlet concentration of SO2,static bed height,gas inlet temperature,approach to saturation temperature,spouted velocity. SO2 removal efficiency was enhanced by increasing Ca/S molar ratio,inlet concentration of SO2,static bed height and decreasing gas inlet temperature,approach to saturation temperature,spouted velocity. Hydrodynamics and desulfurization characteristic were compared for rectangular draft tube spouted bed and rectangular spouted bed and conical-cylindric spouted bed. The experimental results indicated that rectangular draft tube spouted bed had better hydrodynamics and dryness characteristic than rectangular spouted bed,and can slower dope of wall,but desulfurization characteristic was worse;Rectangular spouted bed had better hydrodynamics and desulfurization characteristic than conical-cylindric spouted bed.In the end,the mathematic correlative formula was proposed and experimental result was agreed with calculational result.
