【摘要】 21世纪是全球经济大发展的世纪,但人类却为此付出了惨重的代价:环境污染、生态失衡、资源枯竭。当全球面临严重的经济、社会、人口、资源和环境问题时,人类迫于现实与未来的忧患,不得不对自身的生产、生活行为进行深刻的反思,可持续发展正是在这一背景下产生的一种全新的发展观。在“可持续发展”研究中,一个中心问题就是对可持续发展的评估。 本文在科学的、系统的可持续发展指标体系的基础上,运用数量方法对廊坊市可持续发展水平及能力进行评估,并在此基础上提出具有前瞻性、可操作性的战略对策。具体内容包括以下四部分: 第一部分,绪论和可持续发展基本理论; 第二部分,国内外可持续发展评估指标体系的对比分析及廊坊市可持续发展评估体系的构建; 第三部分:廊坊市可持续发展实证分析:阐述并运用系统分析、多元统计方法中的主成分分析、层次分析和聚类分析等数量方法,借助统计分析软件SAS、Eveiws和SPSS对廊坊市及其他11市区的可持续发展状况进行了数量分析,在此基础上得出11市区的可持续发展水平评估综合排名,同时对廊坊市六县、两区、两市进行了聚类分析和综合评价; 第四部分:提出适合廊坊市可持续发展的经济发展、社会进步、资源环境系统及其人力资源开发具有可操作性的战略对策,这是本论文的最终落脚点。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid develoment of science and economy, since the twenty-first century, man has made much negative effect on econogy. Facing with serious environment and population problems, man is forced to reconsider the production and life behavior profundity. Sustainable development has been widely accepted and approved in the world since it turned up as a kind of congception and strategy. During the practice of the concept, the core of the urgent problem is to make an evaluation of economic sustainable debelopment.Based on the designing of target system of sustainable development in LangFang city, this paper make a periodical and quantitative evaluation of the level, capability of sustainable development and propsed the sustainable development strategy of LangFang city.The thesis is made up of four part:Part one: introduction and base theories of susytainable development.Part two: contrast analysis on the target system of sustainable development, the design of targer system in LangFang city.Part three: The positive illustrative of sustainable development in LangFang: The evaluation indicator system and evaluation model of He Bei province sustainable development was put forward applying the systems analysis method. This paper analyzes the sustainable development status of 11 cites via SAS and improved AHP as well as illuminates the key principles of the Principal Component Analysis and AHP. Based on the result, this paper ranges 11 cites by the level of the sustainable development status, and then, appraises the sustainable development of cites synthetically in LangFang.Part four: sustainable development strategy of LangFang city.更多还原
