温室滴灌设备控制系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 无土栽培技术是一种不用土壤而用培养液及其配套设施栽培农作物的农业高新技术。它的出现是人类从事农作物种植方式上的一项重大变革,该技术以其使得作物生长快、产量高、品质好等在世界各国得到迅速发展。我国的无土栽培技术起步较晚,目前尚处在引进消化和实验研究阶段,还未广泛用于生产。营养液调配技术是无土栽培的核心技术,由于控制系统以国外引进设备为主,这样投资较大,在经济上难以承受。针对这一现状本课题以营养液的配液供液系统为研究对象,旨在开发一种具有知识产权,且能替代国外引进设备的的自动供液设备,以达到既符合我国国情,又满足温室生产要求同时又降低生产成本的目的。 本论文研究内容是温室滴灌设备控制系统的研究与开发,该控制系统是以营养液浓度和酸度为主控参数的闭环控制系统,主要包括开关量输入、输出电路、模拟量输入电路、液晶、数码显示电路、设备驱动电路和执行机构等。在设计过程中,根据系统的功能要求,采用模块化软硬件设计方法,实现了自动配液的要求。 营养液的pH值、电导率(EC)值控制精度的高低决定着蔬菜作物的产量和品质。本论文对提高测量精度做了详细的探讨并给出了提高硬件测量精度的方案,制作了测量电路板,并利用软件编程对EC测量进行温度补偿。为了方便设备的操作,系统显示模块主要由LCD(Liquid Crystal Display液晶显示屏)和数码显示组成,用户可使用键盘设置系统运行的各个参数,单片机根据设置的参数确定系统运行的不同状态,并将各个参数的数值显示在液晶显示屏上,是系统与用户交互的平台。 试验结果表明,该设备的稳定性及参数检测的精确性达到了预期设计要求,供液动作准确、响应速度快,运行良好达到了预期目的。而其生产费用较低,适合我国国情,对推动我国无土栽培的发展有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】 The technology of soilless culture is a new kind of agricultural technology that can culture crops without soil but by nutrient liquid in green house. It is a great innovation in human plant method. It has developed quickly around the world because of its high-speed grow, good harvest and high quality. With development and synthetic application of modern agriculture, computer and environment control, it has grown up an agriculture technical system . Its development can bring important renovation to agriculture technical content and effect of production. In our country the soilless culture technology starts recently, so it is in underway and experimental phrase now. To fit the situation of our country we should develop the technology with easy operation, cheap cost and good effect. Mix nutrient needs specific control equipment that almost introduced from overseas machine. Therefore this paper has studied the system of nutrient liquid mix and irrigation for the purpose of replacement of overseas machine.This paper is study of irrigate control system of soilless culture nutrient liquid in green house. The main adjusting parameters of control system about control system nutrient liquid are consistence and acid. The system, which is a kind of close control system about control system, includes switching circuit, analogue input and output circuit, digital integrated circuit, keyboard display circuit, driving circuit, execution mechanism etc. It achieves the automation adjustment of nutrient liquid and irrigation by modular design method.the adjusting and controlling the values of electrical conductivity, pH and temperature of nutrient solution decided the yield and quality of vegetables in the same condition. The paper studies the theory that how to improve the precision of the measure circuit .The temperature compensation of conductivity by soft is also studied in this paper. The keyboard and display module consists of T6963C controller, LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and keyboard, which make operation easily . Users can real time setting and modifying every parameters in the machine by keyboard, and single chip microcomputer control the work of this system by setted parameters, and parameters can be displayed on LCD.The result of measure circuit stability test and coupling test suggests that the control system can reach the request of precision and finish control command of automatic mixing and irrigation.
