专家系统在电磁兼容共性技术中的应用

【摘要】 本文以河北省自然科学基金项目“微处理器控制器的电磁兼容(EMC)共性技术及其专家系统的研究”为背景,分析设计了电磁兼容技术支持专家系统。主要研究内容包括共性技术研究、系统方案设计、知识库系统的设计和原型系统的开发。 首先,本文对电磁兼容共性技术各方面的技术资源进行了全面的归纳和总结,建立了统一的知识库系统,并以典型家用电器为研究对象,重点阐述了开关电源、地线、电机、PCB板设计四个方面的内容。每一个方面的内容均从产生机理、抑制措施两个项目进行详细论证,充分体现了知识库系统的全面性和条理性。 原型系统的开发可以直观反映系统最终版本的应用效果。本设计直接采用控制方案中规定的SQL Server 2000关系型数据库技术,利用Delphi7.0强大的数据开发功能,建立了友好用户界面的应用程序。包括电磁兼容简介、电磁兼容标准、电磁兼容测试、电磁兼容设计、电磁兼容预测五个子系统。其中的所有板块已经可以投入使用,用户可以根据需要更新当前数据,同时扩展了网络查询功能。 该系统的研究和开发,充分利用了专家系统推理知识库的机制,解决了电磁兼容的复杂问题。电磁兼容预测板块可以将电磁兼容解决在设计阶段,大大降低成本,提高了器件的抗骚扰能力。尤其是电磁兼容共性技术的提出,将错综复杂的电磁兼容问题分门别类,对那些电磁兼容的非专业人员,起着至关重要的指导作用。

【Abstract】 This dissertation analyses and designs an EMC technique supporting expert system based on the research background of "Common Technology of CPU Controller and its Expert System " led by Hebei Province Nature Found. The main research contents include the research on common technology, the design of system project and knowledge database system and the development of prototype system.Firstly, the technique resources on EMC are collated and associated systematically and a consistent knowledge database system is constructed. For the object of "Typical Household Appliance", four subjects are shown particularly, they are: electrical source, ground line, electromotor and PCB. Each item is introduced by its reason and its settlement, which proves the particular and consecution of the knowledge database system.The development of the prototype system can reflect the application effectiveness of the ultimate system. The SQL Server relation database technology and Delphi 7 data development powerful function are adopted directly in the prototype system which conforms to the primary system design project. The application are finished and made up of five subsystems: EMC Introduction, EMC standard, EMC Testing, EMC Design and EMC forecasting. Now all these subsystems are put into use. The data can be refreshed by user and network query function is expanded.The research and development of this system exerts the advantage of ES consequence structure, and resolves EMC complex problem. The EMC forecasting subsystem can solve EMC problem in design period. Thereby, this method can reduce the cost and improve components’ ability of resisting disturb. Especially, the explanation of the EMC Common Technology makes the EMC problem easier, and is helpful to those who are not experts in EMC research filed.
