基于GAAA算法的给水管网优化设计研究

【摘要】 给水管网优化设计是城市供水工程的一项重要工作,在保障经济建设和人民生活中发挥着重要的作用,国内外许多学者都对此做了广泛、深入的研究,提出了很多具有针对性、实用性的优化设计方法,例如枚举法、线性规划法、非线性规划法、动态规划法、遗传算法和蚁群算法等。 论文首先介绍了给水管网优化设计的现状及优化设计的背景与意义,论述了给水管网优化设计理论和给水管网的数学模型;文中提出了考虑经济因素、用水量变化以及供水能量变化影响等的管网优化设计数学模型。 接着,论述了本文所采用的优化方法——GAAA算法,并结合管网优化算例,分别采用遗传算法、蚁群算法及GAAA算法进行计算分析,结果表明GAAA算法更容易实现全局最优解,且运算时间较短;同时,通过正交试验设计,寻找影响GAAA算法性能的最佳因素组合。 最后,通过工程算例的实证,检验论文所采用的数学模型的合理性。通过GAAA算法的计算、分析,得到了管网管径的最优组合并计算出最优的泵站运行功率,在理论上减少了泵站的动力费用。本文的研究成果可为管网的优化调度提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 The optimal design of water distribution systems is a significant task of urban water supply engineering, playing an important part on preserving economic development and improving people’s living standards. It has been broadly and deeply studied by many methods and foreign scholars and many representative optimal theories and design methods have been advanced such as enumerating method, liner programming method, non-liner programming method, dynamic programming method, genetic algorithm (GA) and ant colony algorithm (ACA) and so on.Firstly, the status quo, background and sense about the optimal design of water distribution systems are introduced. The optimal design theory and optimal models of water distribution systems are discussed, and the optimal model which is adopted in this thesis is introduced, taking economic factor and the changes of water demand etc into account.Then, genetic algorithm-ant algorithm (GAAA) is discussed and verified by application on a project, genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm-ant algorithm are seperatedly applied to network optimization problems and the results obtained from GAAA algorithm are better than those from GA and ACA;at the same time, through the orthogonal test design, the best combination of factors which have influence on the function of genetic algorithm-ant algorithm is found.Finally, the optimal model which is adopted in this thesis is verified by application on an engineering project. Calculating through genetic algorithm-ant algorithm, it receives the best combination of the pipe diameter and the optimal operation of power. So that, it could reduce the motive power expenses of pump station theoretically and providing references for optimal operation of water distribution systems.
