连铸结晶器振动状态检测仿真系统的建立与数据分析

【摘要】 本文由实测结晶器摩擦力数据分析和结晶器振动状态检测仿真系统的建立两部分组成。 结晶器摩擦力是描述结晶器内发生的复杂热力行为现象的重要参数,与铸坯质量缺陷及漏钢等异常密切相关。因此,对摩擦力进行检测与分析,获得摩擦力与各工艺参数之间的关系,从中提取出可为生产提供指导的有效信息,对提高铸坯质量、优选保护渣、防止漏钢和促进连铸高效化具有极其重要的意义。本文第一部分在汇总结晶器摩擦力计算方法及检测手段的基础上,对结晶器摩擦力的影响因素进行了分析,讨论了保护渣、板坯宽度、浇注温度、振动频率、负滑脱时间及负滑脱率对摩擦力的影响。 结晶器振动技术是连铸关键技术之一。随着近终型连铸和高效连铸技术的发展,高拉速下的铸坯缺陷及漏钢事故等问题突显出来,对铸坯质量及连铸过程控制提出了更高要求。对结晶器振动状态检测可掌握设备的运行状况,了解振动各项偏差与振动相关参数的关系,并可以判断传动系统磨损、导向偏差等设备故障。本文第二部分设计了结晶器振动状态检测仿真系统,构建相关硬件并运用Visual C++设计了数据采集软件,实现了对结晶器振动参数的在线检测与辨识,并可实时显示相关参数,实验室模拟采集结果显示,该系统较好的完成了数据采集与参数辩识等功能。 此外,对基于液压振动装置的振动状态检测数据进行了计算与分析,目的是为了探索各项偏差与结晶器振动参数之间的关系,为结晶器振动相关参数的计算及分析提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 This paper present analysis of mould friction (MDF) and establishment of simulation mould oscillation state measurement system.MDF is an important factor which describes the complicate heat-mechanic behaviors in mould, which relate to the quality defects of billet and breakout and some other abnormal phenomena. The measurement and analysis of MDF online data are important, in order to get the relation of MDF with technique parameters and abstract useful information for producing, it is very meaningful for improving the quality of the billet and choosing mould powder and predicting breakout and more productivity. This paper’s first part discussed the influence factors of MDF such as mould powder, slab width, pouring temperature, oscillation frequency, negative time and negative strip ratio based on gathering the calculating and monitoring methods of MDF.The technique of mould oscillation is one of the key factors about continuous casting. With the development of near net shape and high performance techniques, the quality defects of billet and breakout and some other questions appears under high casting speed, and it acquire more about billet quality and control of casting process. The measuring of oscillation state can master the working state of device, finding the relationship between deviations and oscillation parameters, and also can judging system abrasion and leading system faulting. In second part of this paper, the simulation mould oscillation state measurement system was designed, by constructing relate hardware and designing the software based Visual C++ platform, the system realized online collecting and calculating about the oscillation parameters, and also can display the parameters. The system performed well in both collecting and calculating and other function through the experiment results.Moreover, in order to explore the relationship between deviations and oscillation parameters, the analysis of oscillation state data which based on hydraulic device was made, which could provide the technique assistant for calculating and analyzing oscillation parameters.
