【摘要】 在竞争全球化的趋势下,国内外的各大中型企业对于供应链管理越来越重视,但是我国的电子制造企业相对于国外同行业企业还存在较大的差距,竞争实力也较差,因此国内一些学者提出研究供应链竞争力的必要性。本项研究应用统计学的原理构建一套结合我国电子制造企业实际情况的供应链竞争力评价指标体系,并利用所建立的指标体系进行评价,以分析在供应链管理过程中所存在的问题。 指标体系既建立在国内外研究学者对于企业竞争力、供应链以及供应链竞争力研究成果的基础上,又通过访谈法以及开放问卷调查法搜集了一些影响我国电子制造企业供应链竞争力的指标;预测试中采用描述性统计分析以及项目分析的方法剔除了一些不重要的指标项;通过因素分析法进一步分析指标体系,并通过信度分析、效度分析、相关分析对所建立的指标体系进行评估,得到较科学完整的供应链竞争力评价指标体系;绩效评价时,利用统计学原理对指标体系进行多元线性回归得到各项指标的权重,并对其归一化,利用综合评价方法建立供应链竞争力绩效评价模型。 本项研究的创新在于以下几点:首先,在原有国内外学者研究的基础上设计出供应链竞争力评价指标体系,既兼顾了影响供应链竞争力的定量指标又开发出对其有重要影响的定性指标,使得评价体系更加完整。其次,提出了合理的评价标准并建立了绩效评价模型。另外,所建立的指标体系是建立在对我国电子制造企业供应链竞争力实际研究的基础上,因此,它更适合我国电子制造企业的特点,不仅能够提供一个更加完善的供应链竞争力评价标准,而且还能够引起我国电子企业进一步加强对供应链管理的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the trend of the worldwide competition, the supply chain management is more and more valued by the national or foreign enterprises. Although our electron-manufacturing enterprises also develop more slowly than the foreign enterprises and the competitiveness is weaker, very little attention has been devoted to study on the the supply chain competitiveness. This research based on the statistic theory constructed a supply chain competitiveness performance measurement system to evaluate and analyze the supply chain competence.The research based on some methods collected some performance measurement indexes which affect the supply chain competitiveness of the electron-manufacturing enterprises in China. The methods based on following facets: first, the results of enterprises competitiveness, supply chain and supply chain competitiveness;second, group interview and open questionnaire method. Some less important indexes were deleted by describing statistic analysis and item analysis in pre-test. The performance measurement system has been perfected by factor analysis, and then evaluated by reliability analysis, applicability analysis and correlation analysis to construct the scientific and integrated performance measurement system. The right of each index based on the statistic theory used the linear method, and then the indexes are normalization to develop an evaluative model. The research has the following innovations: First of all, the supply chain competitiveness performance measurement system based on the specialists’ research takes into account the quantitative indexes and the qualitative indexes to integrate the measurement system. In addition, this research developed a reasonable standard and established a scientific evaluative model. Finally, the performance measurement system, based on the actual investigation of the national electron-manufacturing enterprises, not only developed a more perfect standard towards supply chain competitiveness evaluation but also enhance the supply chain management in China.更多还原
