复合文档辅助生成方法的研究与开发

【摘要】 知识经济形势下,企业正由生产型向创新型企业模式转变。这种转变将结束“一次成功,十年不变”的产品研制模式,取而代之的则是产品型号更新频率加快。在这种局面下,工程文档的快速编制在提高企业竞争力上显得尤其重要。基于内容的重用是实现工程文档快速编制的一种有效方法,也是知识型制造企业框架中知识开发模块的主要研究目标之一。本文以国防科工委项目——“潜艇作战系统并行、协同开发环境 CAPE(Concurrent Art in Product Environment)”为背景,主要研究了基于本体和语义网络的计算机复合文档辅助生成的方法和相关关键技术,包括基于本体和语义网络的数据集成、数据重用、文档生成,数据排序以及本体进化问题,并通过系统实现文档生成。为提高企业竞争力,针对工程文档的快速编制问题,本文提出了基于本体和语义网络的复合文档辅助生成方法。通过对本体模型和语义网络的分析,说明基于本体和语义网络实现复合文档辅助生成技术的思路、方法以及工作流程。在本体模型的基础上,将模板、数据、语义信息统一起来,有效解决了文档生成过程中的数据重用、数据集成、格式规范等问题,提高了文档生成的高效性、准确性和一致性。在此基础上,本文结合已有文档向量空间和数据挖掘理论,利用权重向量空间和关联规则挖掘方法,解决大量数据有效重用和本体进化的问题,并在此基础上提出了复合文档辅助生成技术的完整框架,使得在大量、长期应用中,复合文档辅助生成技术具有高效、准确的特点,其本体模型具有不断进化的优点。在理论研究的基础上,开发了基于 B/S 模式的计算机复合文档辅助生成系统 CITED(Computer aIded ediTor for Engineering Document),并在作者所参与的CAPE 项目和半实物仿真系统数据录取及评估项目中加以应用,取得了良好的效果。实践证明,该系统具有普遍适应性,可以运用在任何一个专业领域当中。本文所开展的工作及其相关研究成果,对于规范企业工程知识的管理,提高企业文档编制的准确性、快速性和一致性,具有重要的实际意义。

【Abstract】 On the background of knowledge economy, enterprises are transformed fromproduction to innovation. This transformation will change the product design modeinto high-speed product innovation. In this situation, in order to enhance thecompetitive power of enterprises, it is important to edit engineering documentsrapidly. The reuse based on content is an efficient method to realize editingdocuments rapidly, and is one of the main goals of the knowledge developmentmodule in the framework of knowledge-based manufacturing enterprise.The project background of the paper is “Concurrent Art in Product Environment(CAPE) for Submarine Campaign System”, funded by the Department of ShipSystem Engineering. In this paper, the method and key technologies of computeraided editor for engineering document based on ontology and semantic web arestudied, which include data integration, data reuse, template creation and reuse,document creation and edit, data order and ontology evolvement. And the system ofcreating and editing document is realized.In order to enhance the competitive power of enterprises, aiming at the problemsin editing engineering documents rapidly, a computer aided technology for compositedocuments edit based on Ontology and Semantic Web is put forward. The ontologymodel and Semantic Web are analyzed, and the thought, method and flow of workbased on Ontology and Semantic Web to realize the computer aided technology forcomposite documents edit are explained. Templates, data and semantic relations areunified based on ontology models. This can solve problems in documents editing,such as reusing data, integrating data, and standardizing formats, and has significantimportance in improving the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of compositedocuments edition. Based on it, combining theories of document vector space anddata mining, the method of using weight vector space and the method of usingassociation rules are put forward, which can solve data efficiently reuse and ontologymodel evolvement.And then, the whole framework of computer aided editor for compositedocuments is put forward. In large and long-period use, these functions make thetechnology of computer aided editor for composite documents can work efficientlyand accurately, and the ontology models can be evolved.Based on the theory in the paper, the system of CITED (Computer aIded ediTorfor Engineering Document) is developed in the B/S mode. The system is applied tothe project of CAPE(Concurrent Art in Product Environment) and Data record andEvaluation of simulation system of semi-physical simulation, and gets a good result.It is proved that the system can be used in any specific field. The related work andresearch results have great significance in modeling enterprise engineeringknowledge, and in increasing the efficiency, veracity and consistency of engineeringdocument edition.
