半自动生化分析仪的研究与设计

【摘要】 生化分析仪是医疗诊断常用的重要仪器。它通过对血液和其它液体的分析来测定如白蛋白、血红蛋白、葡萄糖、钙等数十种生化指标,结合其它临床,则可以帮助诊断疾病,对器官功能作出正确的评价,并可鉴别并发因子以及决定今后治疗的基准。 目前我国的生化分析仪研制水平较低,主要以半自动为主,虽然其测量精度能够满足医疗的基本需要而且价格低廉,但是仍存在一些不足:一是管理能力差,无法建立批次管理,容易造成数据的混乱;二是人机界面较差,不够人性化,操作不方便;三是无法保存大量历史数据,这样就无法对病人进行长时间的跟踪医疗。国外的生化分析仪主要以全自动为主,这种仪器的管理能力强,操作方便,数据量大,但是价格十分昂贵,我国的大多数老百姓负担不起其测量的费用。 在此现状下,本文提出了一种以PC机作为上位机管理、基于单片机的下位测量的半自动生化分析仪,要求该仪器具有全自动生化分析仪的良好的管理能力等优点和半自动生化分析仪的低价位的优势。 本文首先介绍了生化分析仪的基本医学和光学原理,然后研究设计了DJ9300型半自动生化分析仪的整体结构和工作模块。通过研究,本文设计了仪器的各个硬件工作结构,使其具备了吸液、滤光、温度控制、采集测试数据、传送数据、清洗以及温度补偿等基本的功能,获得了较好的测试精度,既而本文在此硬件基础上研究设计了仪器的上位管理软件,使其不仅具有全自动生化分析仪的数据管理方便、自动建立批次、人性化操作的优点,而且使其具备了二次研究开发的能力,拓展了其应用的范围。在仪器的误差处理方面,通过研究分析,本文提出并使用格鲁布斯检验法进行仪器的数据检验,使其精度得到了提高,在此基础上,本文又根据ISO的标准,使用了3S质量控制图来检验系统的质量、分析仪器的结果,使其向质量控制方向迈出了重要的一步。

【Abstract】 As an important analyzer in medical diagnosis, clinic analyzer can measure dozens of biochemical items. Analyze with other diagnosis data, correctly estimation to patient’s organ can be got, and it is also well useful to decision of how to cure for patient aftertime.Although precision demand in diagnosis is basically met and has advantage of low price, semiautomatic climc analyzers developed by domestic companies are on a low level still. Firstly, it has possible to make data in chaos because management system has no group build function. Secondly, operation on analyzer is not convenience. At last, doctors can not observe history of patient’s condition on traditional analyzer for there is no mass storage unit on it. Automatic clinic analyzers from abroad have an obvious advantage on areas mentioned above, but most of our fellow countryman can not afford the test charge on them for their too expensive price.Aimed at automatic climc analyzers’ advantage on management and low price, this paper presents a new semiautomatic clinic analyzer which has a measure circuit based on microprocessor and a management system on personal computer.This paper introduced the principium of clinic analyzer firstly;then DJ9300 semiautomatic clinic analyzer’s overall structure and work flow is presented. The analyzer’s hardware modules which have fundamental abilities and good results are researched in this paper later. On these hardware modules, multifunctional management software which has automatic clinic analyzers’ management ability is researched. And this analyzer’s precision is improved for that Grubbs’ test is applied in this system. Furthermore, based on ISO standard, 3S quality control atlas which can help us to control this analyzer’s quality is applied on it, an important step forward quality control is made by this way.
