基于DSP的数字示波器的研制

【摘要】 示波器是电子测量中一种最常用的仪器,被广泛应用于各个领域。随着微电子技术和计算机技术的飞速发展,示波器也从模拟示波器向数字示波器发展。同模拟示波器相比,数字示波器具有很多优点,并开始逐步取代模拟示波器,成为市场上的主流。目前,国外在数字示波器领域的技术已经非常成熟,并且占据了大部分的国内市场分额。国内具有自主知识产权的数字存储示波器产品还非常少,因此自主研制数字示波器成为必要。 本文详细介绍了数字示波器的原理,在借鉴和吸收国内外示波器技术的基础上,设计了基于DSP的50MHz的数字示波器。本系统采用了DSP+FPGA的结构,充分利用DSP的高速信号处理能力,FPGA丰富的接口和强大的控制功能,使用液晶显示器显示。系统结构灵活,采用模块化设计,易于维护和扩展,液晶显示为用户提供了友好的界面。本文首先介绍了高速数据采集系统、时基电路和峰值检测电路的设计,利用FPGA构造FIFO和触发电路的方法,DSP与LCD显示、USB通信以及键盘等模块的硬件设计。然后介绍了系统软件、波形显示等软件的设计。对系统可能存在的一些干扰和影响进行详细的分析并给出了相应的解决措施。 整个系统在保证实现功能的基础上,尽量优化硬件和软件设计。通过具体的开发设计,实现了本文的设计目标。
【Abstract】 Digital oscilloscope is a kind of most in common use measure instrument in electronic measurement, and it is widely used in various fields. With the rapid development of the electronic technology and computer science, oscilloscope is developing from analog oscilloscope to digital oscilloscope. Compared with the analog oscilloscope, digital oscilloscope has a lot of advantages and it will substitute analog oscilloscope gradually, it is more and more popular in the present market. Now the technology of digital storage oscilloscope is more advanced overseas, and occupies the great major of the market. Domestic digital oscilloscope product’s type, which has our own independent property right, is too few. So it is indispensable to develop digital oscilloscope ourselves.The paper introduces deeply the basic principle of digital oscilloscope. On basis of absorbing and referring to the domestic foreign advanced digital oscilloscope technology, the digital Oscilloscope with 50MHz bandwidth is designed which is based on DSP. The system discussed in the dissertation has the architecture built with DSP and FPGA, and use liquid crystal display. The system makes the full use of the merits of DSP which can handle signal at high speed, abundant interfaces and mighty control ability. The structure of the system is flexible. It enables designer to develop product within shorter time, and the system can be expanded easily. By using LCD, it provides the friendly interface for user’s convenient operation. In this paper, the design of high speed data-acquisition system, time base-circuit, peak check circuit, FIFO and trigger circuit based on FPGA, the interface among DSP LCD USB and keyboard are introduced firstly. Then it discusses the design of system software and waveform. Also the paper analyzes thoroughly some interference which may be in the system and gives some solutions.On the premise of realizing the basic function, the instrument tries to optimize the design of hardware and software. According to developing the digital oscilloscope, the paper’s design is achieved.
