免疫控制器及其在H型钢张力控制系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文研究的目的就是利用免疫学中有关的理论,研究免疫PID控制器的性能并探索一种新型的控制器。一方面,寻求改进PID控制器的性能;另一方面,寻求一种免疫控制器与PID控制器相结合的新方法。如果免疫系统中的组织、细胞和分子能使机体免除疾病、保持机体内环境的稳定,那么它的理论或模型应用到控制系统中,也应该能使控制系统稳定。为了利用免疫调节规律设计出更有效的控制器,本文根据T细胞的免疫调节规律设计了免疫PID控制器,并通过免疫PID控制器与一个二阶对象和一个二阶延迟对象组成的系统进行了仿真研究,同时对免疫PID控制器的参数也进行了仿真研究。但是,由于利用T细胞的免疫调节规律建立的数学模型并不能精确反映免疫系统的特性,所以由此调节规律设计的控制系统有可能存在局限性,也就是利用免疫系统的特性设计控制系统仍然有很大的空间。因此,根据参考文献[1]的细胞免疫的非线性模型,设计了一种新型免疫控制器,并通过新型免疫控制器与同样的二阶对象和二阶延迟对象组成的系统进行了仿真研究,同样对新型免疫控制器的参数也进行了仿真研究。然后将免疫PID控制器和新型免疫控制器与传统PID结合构成的新型免疫PID控制器,应用到H型钢张力控制系统中。仿真结果表明新型免疫PID控制器与免疫PID控制和传统PID控制器相比,控制性能更好。从而达到了预期的效果。虽然本文对免疫PID控制器和新型免疫控制器进行了系统的研究,但是,由于免疫PID控制器和新型免疫控制器的参数的增多,仍然需要结合其他的智能方法进行调解和优化。

【Abstract】 The article tries to study the performances of immune PID controller andfind a new immune controller by using relational theory in the immunology. Onthe one hand, it tries to improve the performances of PID controller. On theother hand, it tries to find a new way for combination of immune controller andPID controller.If organize, cell and molecule can prevent illness and keep stabilization ofthe organism’ inside environment, then its theory or model that applyingcontrol system can keep stabilization of control system too.For designing farther efficacious controller by utilizing immune adjustedlaw, first, the immune PID controller has being designed by utilizing immuneadjusted law. And the simulated study was bought to bear the system that beingcomposed of immune PID controller and two ranks plant or two ranks delayplant. At the same time, the simulated study for the parameter of the controllerwas bought to bear the system that being composed of immune PID controllerand two ranks delay plant.But because mathematical model by the using immune adjusted lawcouldn’t precisely reflect the characteristics of immune system, so the controlsystem by the immune adjusted law capably is localization. So there are stillvery large room that utilizing the characteristics of immune system in thedesign of control system. Basing the non-line model of cell immune in thereference literature [1], a new immune controller has been designed. And thesimulated study was bought to bear the system that being composed of newimmune controller and two ranks plant or two ranks delay plant like immunePID controller. At the same time, the simulated study for the parameter of thecontroller was also bought to bear the system that being composed of immunePID controller and two ranks delay plant. And, the immune PID controller andthe new immune PID controller that being composed of new immune controllerand PID controller was bought to bear the tension auto-control of H-sectionsteel. The simulation result shows that the capability of new immune PIDcontroller is better than immune PID controller and PID controller. Thereby theeffect turns up trumps.Although systemic study was carried through in this article for immunePID controller and new immune controller, their still need more intelligentways to adjust and optimize them. Because of the parameters of immune PIDcontroller and new immune controller are more than PID controller.
