我国零售连锁业发展策略研究

【摘要】 本文研究的主要目的是为我国的零售连锁业找到一条可行的发展道路。在分析总结国外成功经营的连锁业的经验基础上,根据我国的实际情况,分析预测了我国零售连锁业的未来发展趋势,并在充分认识我国零售连锁业与国外连锁业的差距及我国存在的问题的基础上,提出了顺应发展趋势的发展对策。针对课题的特点,本文以社会主义市场经济理论为指导,运用宏观经济学与微观经济学的原理,本文采用了比较分析法、定性分析与定量分析相结合以及数学模型与模拟验证相结合的研究方法。 连锁经营在发达国家的零售经营中已经占据主导地位,成为当今世界发达国家流通领域的主要组织形式。在我国,连锁经营还刚刚起步,就已显示出它热烈而持久的魅力,引起社会各界的广泛关注。因此,对我国连锁经营的研究,尤其在中国加入WTO,面临国际化的日益激烈的竞争趋势之时,将有助于其在今后获得进一步的健康发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。 首先,本文从国外零售连锁业的发展历史及现状进行分析,分别对沃尔玛、家乐福、麦德龙进行透视,总结出其成功经营的经验及对我国发展连锁业的启示。 其次,分析我国零售连锁业的发展现状,着重阐述了加入WTO对我国连锁业发展的影响以及我国零售连锁业发展的优势及劣势。并以此为据预测了我国零售连锁业的发展趋势。 最后,本文提出了发展策略——实施零售连锁业经营规模化策略、自由品牌建设策略、现代化管理策略以及国际化经营策略。
【Abstract】 The research purpose of this article is to find a viable developing way for Chinese retail chain industry. This article analyses and forecast its trend on the basis of summarizing foreign successful experiences and domestic status quo, proposes countermeasures after deeply realizing its shortcomings and the gap between Chinese retail chain industry and foreign retail chain industry. This article obeys social democracy market economy theory, uses macro-economics and microeconomics principle, adopts methods of comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative combination analysis and mathematics model combined with data validation.Chain industry has been holding dominant position in retail management. It is the main form in the developed countries circulating field. In China, chain industry has shown its intensive and lasting charm, aroused attention from all circles since it was brought in a few years ago. Thus, the research of chain industry is good for its development and it does make sense, especially when China faced with global fierce competition after entry the WTO.First of all, it analyses foreign retail chain industry development and respectively summarizes Wal-Mart Carrefour and Metro’s success experiences. Second, analyses Chinese retail chain industry status quo especially the influence by entry the WTO and forecasts its trend. At last, it puts forward the countermeasures: implementing regularization strategy, private brand strategy, modern administration strategy and international management strategy.
