高压配电网规划中变电站选址定容与协调优化问题研究

【摘要】 电力市场条件下,供电公司越来越重视电网规划工作。电网规划的方法很多,每种方法都有自身的优缺点和适用范围。本文根据系统工程思想,将电网规划分为变电站选址定容和线路优化两步分别进行。论文在介绍各种电网规划方法、论述基础知识的基础上,主要研究高压配电网变电站的协调优化及决策。文章以电网规划的程序为主线,按规划工作开展的顺序分三个部分详细研究了变电站的优化问题,包括高压配电网的电力电量平衡分析、变电站选址定容两阶段优化规划的研究、多电压等级变电站的协调规划探讨。各部分还分别引用或建立了考虑比较全面的数学模型,其中第二部分应用先进的粒子群算法实现了最优规划方案的求取,从而有效的提高电网规划的适用性和规划水平,更好的完成高压配电网变电站的规划工作。通过各部分具体的算例证明了规划方法和模型的有效性。

【Abstract】 In the power market, supply company attachs moreimportance to power systemplanning. There are many methods for power system planning, and each method hasits own advantage, disadvantage and applicable scope. According to systemengineering, power system planning are divided into substation locating,sizing andgrid optimizing,which are fulfilled successively.. On the basis of introducing themethods and basic knowledge of power system planning, this paper mainly studiescoordination planning and decision of substation of high voltage distribution network.According to the process of power system planning, the paper studies the optimizationof substation from three parts, including the analysis of electric power and energyequilibrium of high voltage distribution network, the study on two-phase optimizationplanning approach to substation locating and sizing, the discussion of coordinationplanning of multi-voltage substation. Each chapter cites or sets up applicable mathsmodels, especially, the second section gains the best scheme by using the advancedPSO algorithm, which can improve the applicability and level of power systemplanning, and make the substation planning of high voltage distribution networkbetter.In addition, each section gives numeral example to prove the availability of themodels and the planning methods.
