基于SIS平台的厂级负荷优化分配系统研究

【摘要】 为适应我国电力市场新的运作模式,针对当前电网负荷峰谷差日益增大及中调要求电厂快速完成电网负荷需求这一本质要求,首先提出了以快速完成电网负荷需求为目的的负荷优化决策模型;其次结合经济优化数学模型,通过对两个目标函数进行无量纲化处理,提出了基于快速性与经济性多目标优化的负荷分配动态数学模型。该模型通过权重的在线调整,能够有效控制负荷分配的快速性指标和经济性指标,这为电厂在满足中调要求的同时,最大限度地降低煤耗量,赢得最大上网负荷提供了科学的负荷调度理论依据。最后,对三种优化数学模型,提出了两种不同的解决方案,实验证明了数学模型的正确性、有效性及算法的高效寻优性能。结合实际电厂模型,开发了基于多目标优化的负荷分配系统软件,为理论研究的工程化应用,奠定了坚实的基础。
【Abstract】 In order to adapt the new mode of electric power market in our country,contraposing the greater difference gap between the peak load and the valle and therequest that power plants (PP) must accomplish the load demanded by powernetwork (PN) fleetly, this paper proposed an optimal load dispatch model (OLD)based on speediness firstly;Secondly, on the basis of economic model, it proposedOLD model based on speediness and economy via having dimensionless disposal toaim functions. It could control speediness and economy index by adjusting weightson line, It provides scientific theory basis for load dispatch, which lets PP reducecoal consumption to minimum and win maximal load while meeting demand by PNat the same time. Finally, this paper proposed two means to solve three models andsome examples was given to show that the models are correct and effective andarithmetic has powerful searching performance.With real plants model, a multi-objective OLD system was developed, whichestablishes solid foundation for theory research to engineering.
