【摘要】 本文在借鉴国内外全过程项目管理相关研究成果的基础上,针对目前国内正在逐步推行全过程项目委托管理的现状,深入分析了全过程项目委托管理各阶段的工作内容与管理重点。为促进全过程项目委托管理在我国的顺利发展并考虑到我国目前的项目管理水平,本文提出了一套定性与定量指标相结合、能动态反映管理过程与结果的评价指标体系,从项目立项阶段直至项目竣工验收的全过程来考核项目管理公司的管理水平。针对该指标体系的特点,本文在专家调查的基础上利用层次分析法确定了各个指标的权重,然后用模糊综合评价模型对管理水平进行评定。最后选取了四个项目进行实证研究,验证了该评价指标体系及评价模型的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 After drawing lessons from domestic and international related research resultabout project commission management, concerning that our country is promotingthis management mode gradually, this thesis analyze the contents and managementpoints of each stage deeply. To promote the developing of project managementcontract in our country smoothly, combining the consideration of the currentmanagement level in our country, this text put forward a system of quantitative aswell as qualitative index which can reflec the manage level of those managementcompanies from the opportunity research stage to the completion stage dynamic.Combining the consulting results, here giving out the weight coefficient of all theevaluating index by analytical hierarchy process ,then set up a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model to measure the manage level. At last make use of four projects toverify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation index system and theevaluation model.更多还原
