【摘要】 随着工程量清单计价规范在我国的推行,要求建筑施工企业在投标报价过程中根据企业的个别生产力水平自主报价,而目前我国大部分建筑施工企业并没有适合自己生产力水平的企业定额,也缺乏成本积累资料,要适应工程量清单的计价模式,企业定额的建立必然迫在眉睫。本文在分析了目前国内大部分施工企业现状及特点的基础上,重点研究了施工机械台时消耗量定额的快速编制方法,并通过计算机辅助程序来实现之,使实际操作更简便,数据运算更准确,为企业定额中施工机械使用定额的编制提供理论依据和操作方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As long as generalizing Bill of Quantity in China, bidding on bidder’s individualproductivity and own cost is required. However, at present most of the constructioncompany have not established their own quota that is equal to their productivity, and alsonot accumulated cost information. So they cannot acclimatize themselves to the mode ofBill of Quantity. The contractors are in urgent need of corporation expending quota, and. Based on analyzing most of the contractor’s status quo and character the thesisintroduces the conception of corporation quota and its urgency and significance, and thenresearches how to quickly set up corporation machine expending quota. A simple andconvenient method to establish corporation machine expending quota is described in thispaper, at the end apply computer technology on the method to achieve its simple andconvenient operation, develop small software.更多还原
