【摘要】 从可持续发展的基本理论出发,由河北省产业结构与资源、环境的关系入手,运用对比和预测等方法,对河北省目前的产业结构和发展状况进行了分析。建立河北省可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,并使用主成分分析方法计算河北省可持续发展能力的变化量值,进一步应用关联分析方法找出可持续发展能力与经济产业结构之间的关联关系,从而分析现阶段河北省可持续发展能力对与经济结构调整的要求。最后得出基于可持续发展的产业结构优化战略:(1)进一步巩固农业的基础地位,增强农业综合竞争力,实现农业的产业化和现代化;(2)推动工业结构升级转型,增强工业可持续发展能力。(3)大力发展现代服务业,拓展服务业发展空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the fundamental theory of the sustainable development and the relationbetween the industrial structure of Hebei province and its consumptive resources and itssurroundings, we discuss the present situation and developing tendency of industrial structureby comparative method and economic forecast. The thesis put forward an index sign systemof the sustainable development for Hebei province, applying principal component analysis(PCA) to calculate the sustainable development capability of Hebei province in resent years,and to further achievement of the relation between the sustainable development capability andthe industrial structure by using grey related theory, and study the demand to the industrialstructure adjustment by sustainable development. Finally we get the strategy of industrialstructure optimization based on sustainable development.(1) consolidate the foundationposition of agriculture and enhance its integrated competing power, and realize theindustrialization and modernization (2) promote the conversion of structure of industry toraise the sustainable development capability.(3) make advance the service industry andenlarge the developing space.更多还原
