MAP协议在PHS网络互通中的应用

【摘要】 PHS是无线市话的简称(俗称小灵通),它是一种依附现有固定电话网络采用微蜂窝技术实现无线覆盖的个人接入系统。因为小灵通在移动通信中具有价格低廉,绿色环保的优点,自发展以来,迅速的占领了市场,并不断地进行扩大和发展。但是由于小灵通发展时间比较短,各个厂商没有统一的规范,而在同一个城市存在并网需求,因此实现小灵通网络的互联互通是十分必要的。 市场上生产小灵通的厂商很多,各自采用的接入技术、网络交换、接口参数等互不相同,要实现PHS的互通具有一定的技术难度。由于PHS技术是“嫁接”在固定电话网上的,而固定电话网采用七号信令进行消息的传递,那么在PHS核心网上采用共同的标准来实现PHS的互联互通是比较可行的办法。MAP协议位于七号信令网中的应用层,是专门为移动用户设计的。它规定了公用陆地移动通信网PLMN不同功能部件之间以及不同PLMN之间进行控制和数据信息交换的过程和方式。而且MAP协议在第二代移动通信GSM网络的漫游互通中已经得到了广泛的应用。因此中国电信规定采用MAP协议实现不同类型的PHS网络的互联互通是十分可行的。 本文分析了MAP协议的结构、消息、业务以及移动通信网中MAP协议在各个接口传递的消息内容。同时也详细分析了以IP为核心的软交换PHS网络的体系结构。在此基础上,提出了异构PHS核心网的互联互通方案,并对该方案实现的语音互通、短消息互通和丢话通知互通进行了详细的阐述。该方案通过在PHS软交换网络中增加适配器归属位置寄存器HLR Adapter和访问位置寄存器VLR Adapter,实现了SNSP协议和MAP协议的转换,有效地解决了不同厂商PHS核心网络中的用户位置信息的交换问题。本文还对移动通信的MAP协议中的漫游互通模块进行改进,设计了移动管理模块、操作管理模块和呼叫处理模块中主要函数的消息流程、SDL图和实现的代码。通过系统测试的方法,采用批量用户对归属位置寄存器和访问位置寄存器进行了测试,证实了PHS网络漫游互通的实现。 最后对本论文工作进行总结,并提出该课题领域有待进一步研究的问题。
【Abstract】 PHS (Personal Handy-Phone System) is the easy name of the wireless telephone. It is a kind of personal access system attached to the settled telephone which could realize wireless covering by micro comb technology. Because PHS has the advantages such as: the low price, green, low radiation ,it conquers the market quickly ever since its development. It goes on expanding and developing. But the time for the development of PHS is very short, different manufactures do not have the same standard, and the different networks existed in the same city are needed .So it is very necessary that the networks of PHS could communicate with each other.There are many PHS manufactures in the market who use different accesses technology, network exchange link parameters. It’s very difficult to make PHS inter-communicate in the technology field. PHS technology is "grafting" on the settled telephone network, but the telephone network could convey the information by SS7, So It is possible that the mutual communication of PHS could be implemented by using the same plan in the PHS core network. MAP protocol lies in the application layer of SS7 network, which is specially designed for the mobile subscribers. It regulates the procedures and modes of control and the data information exchange between the different function parts in the PLMN or the different PLMN. So It is very possible that China Telecom utilizes MAP protocol to make PHS network of different types interwork.This paper analyses the structure, message business of MAP protocol and the content of the conveyed message from different links of MAP protocol in the mobile communication networks. At the same time, the paper describers detailedly the system frame of IP-cored Softswitch PHS network. A solution of interwoking of different PHS core network is gived, and the paper describers detailedly the realization about voice short information and the missed call notification by this way. This solution adds HLR Adapter and VLR Adapter in the Softswitch network of PHS, which could realize the exchange of SNSP and MAP and solves efficiently the exchange problems of the information about subscribers’ position in different networks, the paper also modifies the modules about roaming and mutualcommunication in the MAP protocol of the mobile communication, designs message flow of the main function, SDL chart and codes in the modules about the management of mobility > the modules about the management of operation the modules about the management of calling, the author tests the HLR and VLR by many subscribers and system testing, which makes the mutual communication and roaming of MAP network come true.In the end, The work about this paper is summarized, and some problems which will need future research in this field are given.
