基于事例推理的智能教学系统的研究

【摘要】 智能教学系统是一个涉及计算机科学、教育学、心理学、认知科学和行为科学的复杂系统,其研究的目的是由计算机系统负担起人类教育的责任,即赋予计算机系统以智能,由计算机系统在一定程度上代替人类教师实现最佳教学。 通过对智能教学系统的历史、现状,以及信息技术在教育应用上的发展趋势进行分析,本文提出了一个自行设计开发的基于事例推理的智能教学系统,重点在学习理论、教学设计,知识的组织、表示、智能呈现,学生模型,计算机导师等方面对现有系统进行改进。 基于对学习理论和教学设计的分析、总结,了解了人类学习、教学活动的过程和内在规律,以及如何优化学习环境和教学过程,从而使智能教学系统建立在先进的教育理论基础上;计算机导师根据当前的问题,对教学目标、教学内容、学生的学习情况、认知特点进行分析,从事例库中检索相应的事例,如果要解决的问题跟已有事例一致,那么采用已知的解决办法,否则调整相关事例中的教学方案,使之适应于求解当前问题,最后求解当前问题并形成新的事例;基于XML技术的学科知识表示,使它更便于计算机导师进行加工,形成个性化的学习环境;在建立学生模型时,除了考虑认知因素还考虑了心理因素。计算机导师通过对学生模型中大量的数据进行分析,可以对影响学生学习的心理因素有更清楚的认识。如果达到定量认识,不仅对教育学产生大的促进,对心理学、认知科学也产生重大的影响。最后,介绍了系统的功能和结构,讨论了有关的实现技术,给出了系统的实现方案。
【Abstract】 Intelligent Tutoring System is a complex system involved with computer science, pedagogy, psychology, cognitive science, and behavior science. It aims to provide the computer system with wit, so the computer system can take the place of human teacher to instruct the student in some degree.According to the analysis of ITS’s history and the developing tendency of information technology on education, this paper presents a case-based reasoning ITS, which has improved the existing systems on learning theory, instruction design, the organization and intelligent present of knowledge, auto-generating paper, student model, computer tutor.Based on the analysis of the learning theory and instructional design, we understand the procedure and regulation of learning, recognizing how to improve the learning environments and instructional procedure, so our ITS could implement on a better pedagogy theory;presented in XML, the subject knowledge could be more suitable to be manipulated by computer tutor, to develop an individual learning environments. When establishing the student model, we consider the mental factor as well as the cognitive factor. According to the analysis of the data in student model, the computer tutor could comprehend the mental factor influencing the learning more clearly. If this comprehension is quantitative, it will promote pedagogy, psychology, and cognitive science greatly. At last, the paper introduces the function and structure of the system, and discusses the carrying out technique Relevantly, and gives the system carries out the project.
