基于Fameview的矿石码头监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着工业自动化水平的不断提高,利用计算机技术对生产进行管理以及对生产过程实施数据采集和监控,越来越受到人们的关注。 组态软件就是计算机技术向工业领域渗透的产物。它具有接口开放、功能齐全、组态灵活、运行稳定、简单易学等特点,为用户提供了快速构建工业监控系统的手段,使其有效降低了开发成本和有效缩短了开发周期。组态工业监控软件,作为一种全新的高效的工业监控软件开发平台和开发模式,正在工业控制领域蓬勃发展起来。 Fameview是一款比较优秀的国产组态软件,在工业领域有许多成功使用的先例。 本课题以国内某港务局矿石码头的实际项目为工程背景,详细地介绍了基于组态软件Fameview的矿石码头监控系统的设计和实现。 本论文共分七章。第一章简要介绍了工业监控系统的发展和矿石码头控制系统整体结构。第二章是本论文的重点,对监控系统各个方面的设计都进行了介绍,包括控制对象、控制原则、故障处理机制、界面功能的分配和界面风格以及布局等。第三章先简要介绍了组态软件的发展,然后介绍了组态软件Fameview的主要功能和特点。第四章先简要介绍了工业以太网的发展,然后详细讲述了上位机和下位机之间的网络结构、通讯方式以及具体的实现。第五章详细介绍了监控系统的主要监控界面的组态实现。第六章介绍了监控系统中其它功能的组态实现。第七章作为一个总结,指出了论文所做的工作和存在的不足等。 本论文所研究的矿石码头监控系统经过调试已投入使用,运行稳定地,达到了预期的效果。

【Abstract】 With continual promotion of factory automation, more and more attention is paid to administration of factory information and data collection and monitor during industrial producing by means of computer technology.The configuration software, the very production of process of computer technology penetrating into industry, which has many advantages such as open interfaces, entire functions, flexible methods of configuration, stabilization and easy to learn etc., provide users with methods that make them develop the industrial monitor system rapidly to decrease the production obviously and shorten the period effectively.Industrial configuration software is vigorously developing in industrial fields as fire-new and highly effective flat and pattern for developing industrial monitor software.Fameview is one of excellent configuration software made in our country. There are many precedent of successfully applying it in industrial fields.This thesis is on background of a practical ore port project from certain internal harbor bureau, and introduces the the design and development of ore port monitor system based on configuration software Fameview at length.The full paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one introduces the development of the industrial monitor system and the whole structure of this ore port control system. Chapter two is a main chapter, which is a overall introduction of the monitor system, including control objects, control principals, problem processing mechanism, function arrangement of interfaces, the style and layout of interfaces. Chapter three introduces the development of configuration firstly, then expounds main functions and characters. Chapter four introduces the realization of communication between the upper machine and the lower machine. Chapter five gives a detail introduction of realizing the configuration of main interfaces of this monitor system. Chapter six briefly introduces the configuration of other functions of this system. Chapter seven summarizes the work the paper did and lists the deficiency.The ore port monitor system the paper researched was put into production after debugging and modifying again and again and has been running stably up to now, so it meet the demand.
