移动支付平台的运营模式研究及其架构设计

【摘要】 移动支付作为一种崭新的支付方式,具有方便、快捷、安全等优点,可以在任何时间、任何地点为用户提供安全有力的支付媒介,开辟了新的支付天地。移动支付为今后电子支付的发展开辟了新方向,世界各国对此展开的研究方兴未艾。文章对目前国内移动支付平台的运营模式进行分析,采用演绎的研究方法,大胆提出一个新的移动支付平台运营模式——移动运营商与银联、银行等多家机构跨行业合作,按股份制建立移动支付平台。目的是避免现有移动支付提供商,在产品开发、资源共享等方面存在的先天性障碍,迅速实现对金融信息服务的共享与管理。针对在建立新移动支付平台时会遇到的系统集成等问题,文章介绍了基于WebLogic 平台的现代化遗留系统解决方案,分析了其在建设移动支付平台时的应用,结合对移动支付业务流程的分析,设计了一个易扩展的移动支付平台架构。该架构借鉴了现代化遗留系统解决方案的核心思想——隔离与集成,克服了传统系统存在的缺点,可为未来的移动支付提供一个开放、整合、兼容的应用平台,支持从大型机到移动通信设备的广泛应用。作者在此试图总结先进的信息系统设计方法,为我国信息化建设提供有益的参考。作者对移动支付平台的转账模块进行了程序编码。需要说明的是,作者在开发时,采用的快速原型法,忽略了一些细节,从一定程度来看,离真正意义上的实现还有一定差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mobile payment is a brand-new payment method, its advantages is convenient, fast, andsafe, can give users payment media with strong security at any time and any place, and openup new payment vista. Mobile payment has opened a new direction for the futuredevelopment of electronic payment, and the research about it is starting in the world.The author researches on mobile payment in the paper, in the first part of paper from theindustries integration, analysis domestic mobile industry, use interpretation research method,presenting a new mobile payment platform operating model -- mobile operators, BankConsortium and banking financial institutions cross-industry cooperated, in accordance withthe shareholding establishing mobile payment platform, in order to avoid the existingthird-party platform provider shortcomings in information security, product development,resource sharing, and other aspects of the inherent obstacles, success in financial informationservices sharing and management.The second part of the paper is about the transfer subsystem design and realization ofthe mobile payment platform, introduce a solution about modernizing legacy systems basedon WebLogic platform, and analyze its application in the payment platform building, inconjunction with the mobile payment business processes analysis, design the mobilepayment platform framework with easy expansion. The framework use for reference themodernization of legacy system solutions core ideas -- the separation and integration, andovercome the shortcomings of traditional systems, provide an open, integrated, compatibleapplications platform for the future of mobile payment, support the wider use of mainframecomputer and mobile communications equipment.. Here the author attempts to summarizeadvanced information system design methodology, and provide a useful reference to ourcountry informationization construction.It should be pointed out that due to time constraints, the author only developedtransferring subsystem in accordance with rapid prototyping in the paper.
